    Final position kinda reminds about Dubov - Nihal game from the world rapid, where Dubov sacrificed the queen for the same checkmate.

    a miniture indeed. most theory/preparation these days goes beyond these 20 moves. great to see that some games can still be concluded early.

    Nice Game Xu Yi was a Chinese Champion at one point and did well in his previous tournament where they were playing teams very capable player Pranesh had a rough beginning in this one Thanks for the Game

    ive noticed that alot of games where pawns are gambited if the player down pawns takes off the pressure they will lose due to their material disadvantages. sacrifices are necessary to keep the pressure on allowing for brilliant moves
