One of the earliest memories I have of playing video games is me sitting crouched in a corner in gommorah with a silenced 22. killing prostitutes so I could sell their clothes
The suppressed .22 had dogshit per-shot damage, but an insane stealth multiplier. It is genuinely one of, if not the best, stealth weapons you can get in the early game.
Me: My Anti-Materiel Rifle can send a man airborne! Courier: I can knock a man through the ceiling with a 22. Me: And how do you expect to do that? Courier: *Silently*
The shot was so powerful it caused a warp in the space-time continuum and it shot that poor guy out the other side. Either that or FNV just proved yet again it's one of the most ridiculously glitchy games in existence.
If you have all the right perks, the .22 can even one shot some high level NPCs. I have a love hate relationship with this gun because it’s amazing and shitty all in the same breath.
In the last miliseconds of his life, he remembered he wanted to be great at parkour and gave it his best shot. Also, this is currently on the frontpage for me, you're about to be blessed by the algo, lmao.
@@MilkyBoys I usually put some points into sneak to get the perk where you don't make noise when crouched, and as many crit perks that I can get, while also putting points into guns for even more damage output. Tell you what, combining that with the stealth suit in old world blues, just makes you so broken.
>Woke up.
>Killed everybody in the casino with nothing but a silenced .22.
>Turned on my PC.
>Loaded up Fallout.

Anyone who started out their gaming like this is most likely destined to become the one of the CEOs of a multi national company.

I use it late game too. Professional+better criticals+ninja = Flames.
And tune it further with other .22 variants.

Never underestimate the power of Luck, Agility, sneak, guns and perks that boost your Crit Chances. Also not to mention the Crit Drip.
Man got done so dirty by the 22. precision shot he swapped places in reality with a warp drive lmao.
If I remember right, the .22 has a way higher sneak attack multiplier than normal.
only reason it's worth something

I remember feeling like Sam Fisher sneaking through the Primm hotel with Steady, Stealth Boy, and a .22 silenced 1-shotting everyone
Oh yeah, I butchered that whole outpost multiple times with this dinky gun, acquiring enough AR-15s and 5.56mm rounds to start my own raider gang.
Didn’t know you can stealthily decommission Ranger Jackson without the NCR batting an eye.
The .22 has Bonus critical damage and bonus critical multiplier it’s a beast 🔥
Bro playing FNV like its PD2 and i like that
When I got this assignment I was hoping there would be more gambling
Starting the game w/ 10 luck plus critical hit perks and this thing is god

The .22 pistol where being lucky and high on chems makes killing a deathclaw with a pea shooter possible.
I just realize that last week killing Fiends at Vault 3! It is a surprise since Fallout 3 silenced pistols are really bad.

Must have been the wind.
Now imagine with hp rounds
God why does fnv have to handle high fov so poorly, as someone with an Utrawide monitor this is extra hard
Any of your perks giving you crit multipliers, or are the multipliers on that gun just that much more broken than everyone thought?
yeah i went stealth pistol build. Better criticals, professional, etc.
