I think People missed the point with limitless and six eyes. Someone can use the limitless without the six eyes but it isn't efficient and can barely control the cursed technique. That's where the six eyes come in. They allow efficient CE control to handle the limitless there for making anyone with the Six Eyes and limitless OP.
