😂😂😂😂😂
-1 because i can sing these
@@CameronsMusic sure you can
His most beautiful high notes come at the end of “Adore” and “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World”.
I have to agree.
And the second coming. Intro to the controversy tour disgustingly good.
I love the low notes in the most beautiful ❤❤❤
And he hits some pretty high notes in the end of ´Come´ too (the album version)
Temptation 1985
Prince's outstanding voice was elastic. He was an incredible musician and songwriter, too. When he died, my friends and I were sitting around talking about him. Someone said, "What's your favorite Prince song?" Let's Go Crazy, Purple Rain and all the usual suspects were mentioned. My answer was, "I can't name a favorite Prince song. I have about 75 favorite Prince songs." He was one of the top artists EVER, and I miss him so much.
Condition of the Heart and Controversy but many many many countless others 😂💜
@@TC-JackCONDITION OF THE HEART IS THEEE SHIT
Prince was and is a freaking legend
Woaaaahhh youre so fast... Hi Marc
hiii
@@CrazySinging what Have you been up to Lately?
@@CrazySinging prince was so freaking cute
@@CrazySinging so how are u doing?..... Dunno why but i missed u
Prince is my greatest musical hero. His singing was only one of several aspects of music that he mastered.
Also, to all my fellow baritone friends who sometimes wish they were tenors, never forget that Prince was a baritone too :)
Prince was just another league. You can take just the Purple Rain record and have enough vocal lines for 5 videos. Definetly one of the greatest ever!!!!
Prince brought revolutionized whole R&B, afrobeat ,alternative inde...his super bowl performance is legendary....such legend 💜
Afrobeat?🤔 Hmm...Prince covered pretty much every genre and style of music, and pioneered his own sound but I'm not aware of him doing much Afrobeat. I would have loved to see him jam with Fela Kuti and that great rhythm section with Tony Allen on drums.
My favourite Prince song for showing off his vocal range is 'How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore?'. Just amazing. Also his lower range is epitomised on 'There Is Lonely'. He was superhuman.
YES 2 great songs! Recorded about 10 years apart too!
Solo is also a good one. Prince was the man of a thousand voices.
Also Pink Cashmere has quite a range of vocal high and low parts.
@@fasttl I love that song, one of his best in my opinion. Great guitar solo too.
@@jambalayaspringvale2122 Solo is so underrated! Beautiful vocals and lyrics
“Solo” demonstrates his range very well also. Amazing skills!
U are right. That is a "crazy" song
Thank you! It's a shame so many people don’t know how good Prince was.
I know Prince's genius because i had parents who played amazing, creative music. I remember the first time i heard Prince, it was a song called "When we're dancing close and slow" My parents would play it on the way to dropping me off to school. One day i finally asked my parents "who is that woman singing" i was SHOCKED to find out it was Prince dude! I bet you a non Prince fan could get tricked to think these are all different singers. For example for Prince to be able to sing in a super deep register like a beautiful song he made called "Future Soul Song" & then that same man can sing "the most beautiful girl in the world" Is absolutely breathtaking; his versatility is Alien. This doesn't count he played over 20 instruments, could dance his boots off, was an amazing arranger, producer, lyricist, a great rapper & humanitarian. He was the best! i would argue Prince had at least 7 different voices. This is by far the best video on the net that breaks down his vocal genius!
GOAT!! And we where fortunate enough to witness his greatness, we lived through his legacy. I’m blessed to have witnessed the genius at work every time he came to Sydney! Last show at the Sydney opera house, February 2016….. a few months b4 he passed
Never knew Prince was such a monster in vocals. I even thought he was "Hee Hee" guy using a guitar.
His guitar skills were also monstrous
@@danielmartins8929 Totally agree
The GOAT! I’ve been waiting on this one !👌🏾💎🙏🏾🥲
How could he sing those notes without his vocal bleeds.
I’ve been waiting so long for someone to do one of these videos for Prince! Thank you so much!!!! 💜💜💜
My pleasure 💛💛
His vocals are so amazing 🥳
A total undisputed genius!!! We need to watch all his early live performances...
The range in The Most Beautiful Girl In The World is fenomenal
Nobody can sing like him
Cough cough my man bobby debarge
I need to know HOW THE CRAP he has a higher vocal range than I do!!! I can only get up to a B5 if I’m lucky. Price could get up to a B6! That’s a whole octave higher than me! (To be fair, I’m only a mezzo soprano, and I would consider him a soprano, if he was female)
This man had some real talent. He is super underrated, especially since most, including me until like an hour ago when I looked it up, think/thought that Michael Jackson had a better/higher range, but no. Prince is an amazing, ultra-talented singer. Rest In Peace Prince. 👑
The interesting thing is that his most natural range was as a baritone lol.
Prince is simply beyond comprehension. If you saw him live, it just doesn't make sense how beyond measure he was. I'm still trying to process what I experienced at his concerts. Genius is not sufficient a word. He was way beyond that.
Plus his speaking voice is so deep
@@bolder2009 I agree with you 100%. Even in his 50s, Prince's higher end notes were still so incredibly clear and strong in concert. That man spoiled us he was so good....
You forgot his high notes on Do Me Baby. That scream is intense
Prince was an absolute freak of nature 👍
He was a master at everything he did in music…. Rip the beautiful one 😢
Temptation by Prince and The Revolution is a song that can never be replicated
(He covers most of his range in just one song). This should've a spot in the video...
i was also waiting for temptation patiently, as the highest note is g7 by my ear, and has many g#5 screams and b flat 5 screams, and i’m sure he hits a f2 in there
Temptation would definitely be spot #1 if I ever do a “hardest Prince songs to sing” video!
@@CrazySinging
Kindly do so! We'll be waiting....
@@keymncole
In temptation prince reaches the low C2 while highest goes G#7 although it's questionable because it's shaky squeal.
@@songsft.googleassistant2542 thank you for correcting me, i didn’t have time to check
OH! NOW, WE'RE SINGING!!!!!!!! I'M 20(something) AGAIN!!!!! I'M IN MY HAPPY PLACE!!!!!!! NO ONE CAN SING (SCREAM) THE WORD "BABY" LIKE PRINCE!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU, MARC!!!!!
I've ALWAYS said "Prince screams in tune!" His talent compares 2 no one. Multi talented artist. The greatest talent we will ever know.
Prince was the GREATEST in my opinion.
He maybe know for his high notes but he has a ridiculous vocal range he gets down to a A1 and as high as C7 that's five octaves! Add that to his incredible musical talent and playing an ungodly amount of instruments. Rip a true atg
Your channel is blowing up man. I knew it would happen but it's still awesome to see
💛💛 you’re so kind thank you friend
I think the screams he does after the drop in Soft and Wet are my favorite singing performance by him
Prince sings some pretty high notes on ´The Most Beautiful Girl in the World´ and ´Come´ (album version, near the end). Thay say ´Daddy Pop´ features his lowest note, but maybe it´s the same note as ´Letitgo´ played in the video.
Prince: NUMERO UNO
This video makes me happy to be a Minnesotan.
I must be blessed. I can sing all those Prince notes with little effort due to yrs of practice. Prince was a beast, he don't get enough credit for his vocal octaves!💜
Please do Philip Bailey the guy from earth wind and fire I think he comes pretty close to prince I’m vocal range in falsetto
Nothing compares to Prince 🤩💜
#Prince is the single greatest TALENT of all time. #Prince is music! #Prince4ever
Goshh prince was so much talent
The GREATEST #prince was a one man show. His talent was endless.
This was awesome! Thanks for that. He was a musical genius and it’s wonderful to see others who see it as well. The purple fam is a strong one.💜🙏🏽🎶
Wonderful video!!!
You should listen to temptation, that's where is voice is the most impressive
About time
Prince at the super bowl was amazing
Amazing artist.
And a big Joni Mitchell fan.
Damn You showcases how he could croon Jazz with his range and drop to his deep baritone and back to a crystal clear falsetto effortlessly.
The first song of prince that i heard with high vocal range is do me baby and it was so insane
Best falsetto voice💜
You should do a video on the acapella track For You from '78. It sounds like a small choir singing but its all him.
absolutely magic :)
My god this woman has the pipes of a goddess 💛😭 her and prince had unique voices
I discovered your channel via your Little Richard post.
Your Prince video is awesome!!
2 QUESTIONS:
1. How do you know the artist catalogs so well as to know the songs they hit incredible notes?
2. How do you know which notes they are hitting?
Such talented man he was. Without any limits.
Great video great music song singing so sound great audio
That man's throat was built with angel octaves and ranges.❤
So I’m biased when it comes to Prince because he was my all time favorite artist and I believe the greatest of all time. The guy could just do it all in ways that no other could. That was one of my initial attractions to his music. For 36 years he was the soundtrack for my life. I miss Prince.
So awesome, well done man. Prince, he really is ... The God of Music ❤
Hate to have to correct you, but the F#6 scream at the end from "Gett Off" was performed by Rosie Gaines. Prince certainly could have pulled it off though. And I was confident you were going to mention the B6 and slide down to G6 he hit on "God". That's pretty crazy.
Any proof of that? It sounds EXACTLY like Prince and I have never heard Rosie sing anything close to that
Check out Prince's songs "GOD" and "Daddy Pop"
Prince el mejor 💗💗
I can nail all of those, flawlessly except for two, the “get off” intro, screen, and the very low note on “let it go”. Go head. Test me !
well I can't sing any of his falsetto
Was never keen on his music but have to appreciate his range.
Damn U is everything! ❤❤❤
Listen to “There is Lonely” very low…but I get that song in my head and try to sing it and I can’t. 😅
good job. Thanks
Thank you for watching and the kindness! 💛
When it comes to prince lines you can't sing there is no doubt the line " ooo baby I like it when our bodies touch" in the song temptation is his hardest line to sing
I Love all the Guys on Here Saying They can Match Princes High Notes, there must be a freaking lot of Barking Dogs and Bats hitting Windows in their Neighbourhoods 😅😅😅😅
Y'all need to here Prince sing live in concert in 81 singing Do Me Baby he has a white shirt on Go Google it his high note is louder than it is on the album
He wasn’t human. 💜
GOD Prince was a legend
Not the name of the song but I will refer to it as the love theme from Purple Rain , his upper heirness is on full display ! Great list .
U should listen 2 "The Most Beautiful Girl In the World", "The Ladder", "Gotta Broken Heart Again" (Live at the Aladdin), or "Temptation".
i can do i wanna be your lover vocals
1st time hearing, I'm a MOONWALKER!!! So, don't know anything about him, this sparked interest
Lol, most legendary soul and r&b belters use this technique. Nothing new. To Gospel folk this is traditional, typical, and routine Sunday morning vibe. Prince wasn't hardly the only one who did this. What he did was, he knew where and how to apply it to be effective for what he wanted. The only real difference was he polished it off with funk. 💖 Legend.
@@mischaraine1645 Lol, oh yes indeed. We got down routinely with the gospel singing in our church, but I bet we're of different generations tho. But that's fine. Prince said the only reason he went to church when he was younger besides his mother making him go was because of the music and singing. His style with the screaming and voice came from old school soul singers from his childhood, including his mother who also was a singer. He said this, not me. There is a massive musical history that we rarely cover, and among it are amazing screamers and belters. I remember myself those from the 60's up to now who screamed and shouted their heads off, using their falsetto thus creating newer stuff heard today, people like Al Green, Wilson Pickett, Jackie Wilson, Curtis Mayfield and Sam and Dave, within that era alone, just to name a few, not forgetting old schooler, Jaye Hawkins. Prince created his own signature with it and did it his way, expertly.
Cool. Prince had such a vocal range and so many 'voices', but that last scream from 'Gett Off' was Rosie Gaines, not Prince.
A music god...
The last one, intro to "Gett Off", I think is actually Rosie Gaines.
I wish I could figure out how to distort my 5th and 6th octave notes. I have a thin voice, so all of them sound Matt Bellamy-clean. I've heard one of the ways is to just scream in your head voice. Tough shit. Neighbors would kill me.
wowww
Prince was a musical God
The opening scream in Gett Off is actually Rosie Gaines and not Prince.
no its prince
I always thought the scream at the beginning of Gett Off was actually Rosie Gaines.
I always thought it was Rosie as well. Now I'm not sure.
i can do la la means i love you to
Listen to Daisey chain from cd slaughter house
Cool video ended on a high note
I’d like to see al jourgensen and king buzzo next on this
Thx for the heart man! Also, here’s some help for king buzzo’s list if you do it: look at night goat off of Houdini

Day 2 of asking for 3 dustin bates vocal lines
Hello, excuse me but the last scream u mentioned... it’s Rosie Gaines... not Prince.... it’s not the same voice at all.....
The lowest note for a tradition bass is D2 actually
Maybe he just wanted it to be # 1 and only Prince.
3:31 BRUH
I'M WAITING FOR THE THE MAN IN BLACK JOHNNY CASH 😀🤔♥️
Why isn’t the song temptation on here espcially near the 2:15 part to 3:59 in the song
Those high notes are falsetto notes.
Interesting there wasn't mentioned of his use of pitch machines and his use of varispeed while recording. Don't get me wrong, Prince has amazing vocal talent 100%!! There is so much to learn from Prince.
I've never heard of pitch machines, or Prince using any. I'm wondering if this comment is referring to Prince's speeded up 'Camille' voice? Prince was still hitting a few very high notes on his 1978 debut album ("I'm Yours" and "For You"). Plus I've heard Prince hit high notes in concert that didn't sound like they were artificially modified.
~~~~~~
The Get off scream isn't Prince singing...
Way better singer than mj
