This is my 2nd Jura z6. I bought mine from Costco. I had the same issue with the milk frother, despite cleaning the milk system regularly. I returned the machine for a replacement but before sending back the old machine (only 6 months old), I swapped out the part mentioned in this video. It fixed the problem with my original machine. I put the part back into my new machine. I have had this machine for a little more than a year. Same problem has developed. This should be a known issue by Jura and disappointing that a $3,000 machine breaks down so quickly. This should be considered a wearable part by Jura and replacements should be made available.
Mine finally did this to me, but we've had it since 2018. Sounds like you have just had bad luck and hopefully you get one that lasts as long as ours.
Thank you for the video!! This helps allot
You should make another video with the old milk nozzle parts then the new one so we can see the comparison before and after anyway great info thank you
Mine is sputtering no matter how much i clean them i have the z6 like yours
Where did you order this part from????....
Mine is doing the exact same thing and I can't find this part on the Jura website.
Why isn't information like this on the Jura website? I'm having the same issue - is there any way to fix the spring back without having to replace the whole part?
Because Jura does not like people messing with the machine; however, if you call them they are generally quite helpful without necessarily immediately telling you to spend money.
As far as making it spring back, I haven't found a way.
You don’t need the special milk container for the milk to use?
No, you can do it from a cup if you like.
@@rustler08 we draw milk straight from the milk carton. The machine doesnt care .. as long as the milk pipe is properly submerged into whatever is holding the milk.
Jura vs Delonghi. Which one is better?
Jura, it's not even close. Foam quality, coffee quality, temperature of the liquids...Jura simply makes a better product. I know some people will complain about lack of brew group access, but I'll take difficult access for a vastly superior product. Miele also makes great superautomatics
In fact, I'd sooner just buy a semi-automatic like the Breville before I spent money on Delonghi.
