    INTRODUCING SATURN VI
Simultaneously a harmonic-laden boost and low-gain overdrive, the Saturn VI eludes categorization. An update to the renowned Saturn V released in 2012, we’ve added new features which really take this unique circuit to the next level.
BOOST WITH THE POWER OF 10 SUNS
Within its intuitive control layout, the heart of the Saturn VI lies with the Boost and Drive controls. Using Boost alone gives you 18db of harmonic gain to push your tubes through the event horizon. Adjusting the Drive control brings more harmonic distortion, while also increasing the total output of the pedal. Cranking both controls to max will yield 35db of boost, full of complex harmonic character.
    DYNAMIC HARMONIC SPARKLE
The Saturn VI brings a general openness to the top end of the frequency spectrum, while keeping bass frequencies fully present, tight and controlled. We’ve added a new Tone circuit to allow customization of the treble frequencies, so you can adjust for the perfect amount of sparkle. The harmonic distortion present is extremely dynamic. Play with a light touch and you’ll get a clean tone, but dig in and the Saturn VI will respond.
The drive texture within the Saturn VI is comprised of both odd and even harmonics. The Boost side of the pedal is focused on subtle even-order harmonics, while the Drive side increases these and brings odd-order harmonics to the mix. While it excels as a harmonic booster, the Saturn VI crosses into the realm of overdrive when using the Drive control. It also works well with other pedals, opening new sonic dimensions with boost, fuzz, and overdrive effects.

Sounds great - and that amp, wow really gorgeous. I did want to hear more examples of it as a pretty clean booster just to see.

When the same people complain about "rippoffs" on every single video of a new (fantastic) pedal, they must be so hyped for it!

I tend to agree. Those who post comments about a pedal or piece of gear as being a ripoff usually do so because they want it, otherwise they would've just walked on by and leave it be.

Holy! Your amp sounds amazing by itself

Your straight in tone was amazing! Not sure if the Saturn was “improving” . All the tones from your rig were amazing. Liked it best as subtle boost, but the drive forward is great as well. Would be interesting feeding a another distortion or Fuzz? Looking at this pedal to enhance a 5e3 clone?

How to charge twice the going rate: package it in an oversized case with slick classic graphics and an oversized funky LED.

A rip off of the catalinbread naga viper for twice the price ?

Naga Viper is a Rangemaster clone - the Saturn VI is an extremely unique circuit and 99 cents cheaper, so no.

@@SpacemanEffects Not a clone; it has three controls. "99 cents cheaper''? I bet a hell of a lot more in the UK - where i am. And there is no such thing as "extremely unique"; you cannot have gradations of uniqueness.

@@Iggytommy The Dallas Rangemaster was a treble booster and the simplest of circuits. Catalinbread promotes the Naga Viper as their take on the Rangemaster with added features. Sonically though, not quite the same, nor should it be expected. Circuits are not the same either, nor do they have to be. The same could be said with Analogman's Beano Boost and dozens of other like pedals. Crack open the housings, def not the same. Each has it's own character and voice. SpacemanEffects Saturn VI is in fact a different beast on it's own as well, and can proudly stand on it's own merits just the same. Get what works for you and rock-on. WOW, there's a Rangemaster going for $3500 on Reverb if you're interested... a simple DIY build you could probably do yourself for less than 50 quid!

@@michaelnichols5973 so tell me about the saturn circuit. How do know it's not also based on a treble booster circuit. Have you seen a circuit schematic or seen inside one?

You wouldn't have bothered commenting here, and complaining about the price, unless you wanted one.
If you think it's a ripoff then don't buy one. Problem solved. You see easy that is, and how the nature of supply and demand and a free market economy works?
Would you somehow be better off in this world if this pedal did not exist or if there were fewer options to choose from rather than more? I like having such choices.
Nobody here is keeping you from getting whatever pedal you want, whether or not it's regarded as a ripoff.
