I can’t…I just can’t…not after Toriyama’s passing. I remember when I first saw Dragon Ball Z for the first time as a kid I just so happened to see it randomly and I thought Vegeta and Goku were brothers and I initially thought that if Goku went Super Saiyan I thought his name went from Goku to Trunks and I thought Goku and Vegeta were brothers and Gohan was Trunks’ brother. But when I started to fully watch Z from the beginning, I was wrong and Toriyama has inspired multiple people over the years even some mangakas like Kishimoto(Creator of Naruto), Oda(Creator of One Piece) and was a big influence to the creator of Sonic. Toriyama will be missed but he will NEVER be forgotten, there will never be another Toriyama…ever.

Honestly, Even though this beat is like half a decade old. I find myself coming back to it every so often. It's that iconic to me. Sure, Origami may not be the most popular artist on the platform. but he makes beats that're better than even some professionals. "Goku" was the first beat I listened to from him, and it's still my favorite. Everything from the visuals and the beat itself just screams GOKU. as others have also said before me. I feel like the best thing about it is that it makes you feel like you're flying on the nimbus cloud and hanging out with Goku. almost like you're going on adventures and finding the Dragon Balls. most anime beats (imo) don't do this for me and usually just end up being another generic "hard style beat" named after said character or a remix of an existing song from said anime. Origami crafted this with love. and honestly because of that. I have nothing but love to give in return.

Goku may not be my favorite dbz character anymore, but this beat DEFINITELY brings back the love I used to have for him when I was younger.
From this beat I feel his positivity, his optimistic, pure nature and his desire to keep pushing himself.
I use this beat when working out, and when I feel like I cant go anymore, I hear him in my ear telling me "1 more, just 1 more. Keep pushing and breaking your limits, u can do it!!" And I feel fired up and excited to keep going.
I found this beat when things were starting to improve in my life, and I still feel that level of enthusiasm I had when I listen to this.
It doesnt make me feel rage, but calm, tranquil will and the desire to keep pushing forward, I start eating healthy like him, and my mood and disposition becomes more chill, confident, and humble from listening and meditating with this in the background.
He may not be a great character in terms of what I look for, but this beat is how I picture goku and want him to be❤

Dude honestly this song gives me kinda like a dreamy vibe or like a memory vibe you know. I’ve been listening to this song everyday of 8th grade it just never gets old. It’s funny because I was here the day this song came out and I just could not stop. At school on my chrome book I used this app for dj. I forget what it was called and I used to just loop the first part of the song before the beat drop in slow motion all class period and I just played around with it a little bit every day. I even tried mixing it with other songs. But you see there is no song better than this one in my opinion because it just never gets old.the way I discovered this song is when I was in summerschool about to go into 8th grade and I brought my speaker that day because the teachers were chill and I thought why not. So I was listening to instrumentals by drake and this wierd yet relaxing song came on and I’m like holy shit this is fire so I kept saying the name in my head over and over again until I got home and that’s when I was addicted.
