I was studying this sounds for ages. I consider it the most difficult vowel sound to learn of British English for Spanish speakers. None of the 5 Spanish vowel sounds are similar to this sound. it's a huge challenge :'v

I struggle with the vowel in "dark" and the vowel in "duck", I mean, I know that the former is long and the other one is short, but when you speak fast is there a difference or they can just sound the same in fast speaking ._.?
