I _would_ apologize for posting this video so late and making y'all watch 50 minutes of Logan Paul but then again... y'all are also getting to watch 50 minutes of ME plus I had to watch *50 hours* of Logan Paul for you... in other words you may apologize to me in the comments below ⬇️
I honestly feel like its more performing empathy than learning it, because empathy is something you either feel or don't, and he doesn't really give a fuck lol
Weird/fun fact: The college Logan Paul dropped out of was Ohio University. I was a sophomore there while he was a freshman and he lived 2 dorms over from me. I used to see him around campus filming Vines all the time. He was loud and stupid back then too but it was kind of fun to see random spots of my campus trending on Vine all the time. He dropped out after a year and f***ed off to California and we were pretty glad to be rid of him. He woke me up one day by filming a Vine outside my dorm on my day off, yelling his head off and I’ve never quite forgiven him for it.
It’s weird how Logan and Jake Paul swapped places as worst brother. Like Logan actually self reflected and is improving himself while Jake keeps digging a deeper and deeper hole for himself.
i'm not done with the video yet, so my views aren't complete... but I still rather dislike him Update: I've just about finished. Firstly, the whole forest incident still scars me and leaves a sour opinion in my mind. He also seems somewhat obnoxious, at least on his main channel. But, there are signs that perhaps he really does want to move on from that, and if somebody actually is truly sorry and actually does want to move onward, I have some bare tolerance. Ultimately, I hardly want to dabble in this any further.
@@maximuscraig8222 I believe people have the capacity to change, and I feel like he might be on the road to being a better person, if he spends his whole life trying to make up for his past I'd gladly take that
Yeah, it was pretty wild because I hadn't been keeping tabs on him but I saw a couple people mentioning he "went woke" and that threw me for a loop. Like, what?
@@lucia4916 honestly tho. Anything related to literally anything about minorities rights, even the right to just be alive on earth apparently is "woke" and I just... Why, why do people suck
As an elder sibling. I can understand how it feels to try to simultaneously discipline and defend your younger siblings. Like he knows his brother and knows he can do better but he can’t baby his brother forever and that’s completely understandable as to why he deadass called him out in public. That was real tough love not some cookie cutter content shit. I honestly was proud of him for doing that
Yeah. I've got a younger sibling, and the feeling of wondering if you really should help them, if they've done something so stupid that you don't think they can take it back, and when that happens, you need to say something, and tell them to do better. He HAD to call out his brother, no matter what, and the fact that he did is something I don't think he would do if this was back when the whole suicide forest fiasco happened.
i’m a sibling and i’m an aunt and i’m only slightly older than my nephews and niece and i understand what it’s like feeling like you need to protect them and it is just tough love because as a person that people look up to you need to be able to help them recognise when change needs to happen
as another older sibling, I think what he said was actually pretty good. he loves his brother, even though he didn't understand or agree with what he did. that's fair.
Okay, but Sir Wallace, may we have a Part 3 about their Dad? 🙏🏻I honestly think he is the worst out of all of them and their Mom makes no sense. Pretty as D'Angelo please?
@@valwowrie They both are/have been active on social media, and have appeared in a lot of Logan and Jake's videos. There is a ton of public info on them, put out by each directly, so I think it would be possible without doxxing or anything like that.
My worst nightmare is screwwing up so bad that dangelo makes a video about me that’s over 30 mins long. Edit: wow that that’s more likes than the population of Vatican City!
don't worry, its not like d'angelo is the person of supreme moral code or something. he fucks up with calling people out occasionally. dont put him up a pedestal, hes a human who makes a lot mistakes himself
I can not and will not justify Logan’s old actions, but I do know that he’s trying to change. And obviously we can not forget his old actions, but I think he’s honestly trying to change. And I hope he can accomplish changing into a better person.
Nah. Should have been punished indefinitely and not allowed to post ever again. A lot of money has been made since. And we now have more and more idiot UA-camrs nowadays doing similar mindless content
D’angelo isn’t the new Shane Dawson. They don’t make the same kind of videos. Shane didn’t talk about problematic people, he didn’t do it to report on or spread awareness about a person. His “investigations” weren’t objective - they couldn’t be when he made things take a personal narrative format. Someone saying “I did this because of ______,” is something only that person can attest to, and their words can’t be full heartedly believed when they are in “fix reputation” mode. D’angelo covers people who did shitty things from an objective (or at least) reasonable view. He holds a person accountable, recites what transpired, and leaves a margin of room to debate why someone did what they did. D’angelo is a jury - he keeps things detached. Shane was a “friend” - willing to believe whatever someone says because he likes them.
yeah seeing some of the comments from 3-2 years ago talking about how he's growing and getting better... lol hindsight is 20/20 but grifters gonna grift. and the paul brothers? big big grifters
Honestly, the only reason I can tell them apart is the amount of scumbagery each brother is. Logan is the entertainer who wants to make content (even at the price of quality and/or morals [at least back then...]). Jake is the “entrepreneur” (and I use that term loosely) who is willing to scam children over and over and over again, while advertising his merch 100 times in a 20 minute video (I recommend the Nerd City video on it. It’s very enlightening). Logan cares about the view count; Jake cares about his revenue.
same, but even though it's really not a lot, it's good to see someone who saw nothing wrong with what he was doing grow as a person and develop a sense of morality
@@symonroe8095 I disagree. Many people, like him, continue to be rich without empathy. I’m guessing his brother may be an example of that. Anyways, people legitimately do change and I feel like D’Angelo choose to down play that dramatically, but then again he’s only 22. He still has plenty of room to make a MAJOR mistake from which he has to learn. Then again, I believe forgiveness (but not rushed though) is important.
Can you do a video on the Ace family dad? I feel like there's a lot of content there and he is the worst. Or even just a video on people who family vlog in general - i think it's messed up to use children (and sometimes keep having children) just for internet attention
Probably because you've only heard him in full "youtuber voice" which is higher pitch, louder and generally just higher energy than how he'd usually talk
can we take a minute to appreciate how *c l e a n* this video looks? the new intro animation? his new pfp’s? the background? the *perfect* commentary? the audio quality? the snazzy polo shirt? the overall 100% effort put into his videos? gO OFF D WE STAN
I'm a 27 year old German who has no idea who all of these people are, but D'Angelo basically has managed to make me deeply invested in these horrible, horrible people's lives.
Him losing actually benefits him wayy more than him winning. Because of his loss, people felt bad for him and were more accepting to the idea of him changing.
Really do appreciate his work. Professional, engaging, fantastic voice, fair and balanced review. Although half way in I realize I could care less about the people he reviews lol, only here to listen to him talk about literally anything. I’ve not watched a single Paul Paul video, or any of the beauty vloggers. All I know of them is from this man. I’d love it if he started making more real world content. Crime and history doc vids for us nerds.
Logan Paul's turning 26. Brains become fully developed around 25 so his change makes sense. Doesn't stop some people from doing the same things he used to do but I'm glad he's changing for the better. Didn't really see it coming.
If you ask me, Shane could learn a thing or two from pretty much every commentator on the platform that isn't him. Seriously, the glow-up in editing and production quality for this video is downright incredible.
STORYTIME: my family and I were in Japan the EXACT SAME TIME Logan and his posse traveled there and filmed the dead body video. My sister and I were standing in line at an owl cafe and met Logan, one of his friends, and his girlfriend at the time--I complimented them on their attire since they were wearing traditional Japanese clothing and the girlfriend was surprisingly sweet while Logan and his other friend kind of stood there just smiling but saying nothing. And I kid you not, there was a SWARM of people following them around--THAT is how many people natively living in Japan watched his videos and knew about him and he disrespected their country in a matter of minutes or seconds with that one shot. EDIT: It is true that some homogeneous Asian countries will view tourists (specifically white and other non-Asians) with utmost fascination. I say that many of them were fans because my dad asked a few people why everyone was following Logan Paul and his squad were, and they said "UA-cam" -- henceforth, the influence. P.S. If y'all think I'm lying, just know that there is literally no reason for me to lie about this because even on a channel with millions of subscribers and talking about a guy who has been famous worldwide, I have nothing to gain. I had no idea who these folks were until the incident came out--my middle school sister was the ONLY family member who knew about them from online. It would make sense if I said we had a LONG conversation and spent the whole day together with the squad and got them to follow me on social media, OF COURSE that would sound more outrageous. But you know, everyone is a skeptic, so enjoy that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My biggest axe to grind with this man is that when he posted the forest video, I was working with childcare and I had children who were legitimately scared and upset because they had to learn about the concept of suicide through a youtuber and they simply didn’t understand. I’d honestly want to talk to him personally about the effect he had on his audience and what I saw and had to help clean up.
D'Angelo has ruined other youtubers for me. Every time I tune into his videos I'm surprised and impressed at how he keeps outdoing himself. I feel like I should be paying good money for this content.
I second looking at Contra points, and I'll also add Philosphytube, Lindsay Ellis, and Hbomberguy. Also Sarah Z. All commentary youtubers that are well researched and take the time to make insightful, interesting content.
I honestly did not know he had changed that much and I kinda have respect for the guy now. I guess the "not as big of a jerk as he could've been" award goes to him.
Nah, still no respect for the dude. Idk he still seems so fake and just dishonest, like he would do or say ANYTHING to make more money or get more famous...
@@Soulgarden__ preach. I’m usually skeptical of change because it’s very hard and leopards don’t usually change their spots. He has every reason to “change”. He needs to be marketable to make more money. Doesn’t mean he actually has become a different person. If dollars weren’t involved, then I’d believe it
He didnt talk about how pissed the fans were about the boxing match, many paid to watch the streaming and it fell down and they didnt get the money back, the rest who watched it live saw a shit show, it was terrible and kinda depressing and ended in a draw and a promise of another fight. It didn't help him at all, I only remember people shitting on him for it.
I'm not surprised that he didn't lose subs for the forest vid. His audience was literally just kids, and they didn't understand what exactly had gone wrong. With James Charles, his audience was mostly teens and adults, who could understand the gravity of the claims. Edit: I'm dumb as heck. D'angelo literally said that, but whatever. I should finish the vid before commenting...
The one thing that upsets me when it comes to that is that when a bunch of japanese creators started to talk about and criticize the suicide forest video they got so much racist comments back... i get not understanding things bc youre young but holy shit their parents failed somewhere if their first response to criticism is racism.
Despite James Charles's audience being mostly teens and adults , not all of them understood and is trying their best to defend James like he is their best friend
I was really young when i was on my iPad late at night and i saw the video come up. It was uploaded only a few minutes ago. I didn't see what was wrong with the video and defended him bc he put a disclaimer. Yeah i was a fucking idiot
This was a nuanced and balanced look at someone people really have a hard time viewing objectively. You don’t let him off the hook for any of his abhorrent behavior, but you also analyze his current projects and choices without letting the instinct to hate him override any objective analysis. It’s a hard balance to strike, but you do it very well.
@@cloroxbleach8986 can confirm. He's from my area. Eventhough I don't hear the accent-it must exist because anytime me or my kids go out of town we always get asked if we r from NE ohio or Michigan. As much as I hate Logan Paul, I appreciate that this isn’t just another hit piece. You gave him a fair chance and actually looked at all parts of his content - the worst and the best. I appreciate and respect that
I agree, i only knew him from all his scandals and call outs, its kinda refreshing to see this more neutral documentary. Im feeling actually a bit hopeful, if even logan paul can grow up a bit.
I really hope that Logan’s evolution is real and not just a PR move- his latest content doesn’t seem too harmful, which is good, and if he really has changed, then credit is given where credit is due. Still don’t like him, don’t watch him and never will. The pain of losing a son/brother/husband or any loved one to suicide is a silent suffering in Japan, but as someone who lived there for 12 years, I can assure you that the grief is real and tragic. Japanese culture emphasizes taking responsibility and self-discipline, and this is why many people choose to end their lives in remote, quiet places. They feel like it’s better to not disturb or bother others with their own problems. His filming of this human being who was clearly tormented and in pain should never have seen the light of day.
I think you hit a note when you said "The pain of losing a son/brother/husband or any loved one to suicide is a silent suffering...". Really well said.
@@keralanews4710 something which has happend will never be changed...it will be written in his book of life that he did this SIN...he is maturing now......but you cannot change something which is in the persons blood....his nature is like that and you cannot hate someone for being real...he is not doing this on purpose...and people fail to understand that.he is evolving from being a man child to an actual man/adult
Can we just sit here for a second and appreciate how much work he puts into his videos... he has to watch hours upon hours of videos of people he doesn’t even like, then he has to edit this entire thing and search for evidence, and videos or audios to make us better understand like thank you.
Logan saying “I’m an influencer, what’s my real influence been” is the most nuanced thing I think I’ve heard any influencer say. Do I feel like he’s changed a lot? Yeah. Do I think he’s a 100% changed, empathetic, emotionally and intelligently awoken? Not really. Do I like him? No. But that one line is somehow ridiculously insightful. It’s this crazy clarity among Logan’s craziness and makes him feel actually human for the first time in the entirety of my awareness of the entity that is Logan Paul. I just need that out there in the universe.
My thoughts exactly. And also adding, this is a different case since he's an influencer, but people do grow up. A few years might not seem like long but if I think of the meaningful differences in my life between age 22 and 25, it's pretty extreme. I don't think he's magically different, that's why we see the slip ups and differences in actual behavior over time. He's matured, and seems to be continuing to mature.
The reason I like his content more than someone like creepshow art (who actually helped me discover this channel) is that he takes an unbiased standpoint w/ his evidence and doesn’t claim a moral high ground. He’ll say that he doesn’t like Logan Paul, but doesn’t skew the evidence against him and even admits that he has improved. That’s good commentary
@@eattheasslikeitsgrass5113 he's not completely unbiased tho. He's human. Subconsciously, his thoughts would be more negative due the prior knowledge of logan Paul before he decided to make this video
@Hansy maybe but that’s the more cynical take I really do think he’s changed for the better because jake seems like the brother you described with the eddfluence predatory bullshit
Logan Paul giving a million dollars to charity was definitely performative, but it's also the reason I have always credited him as being the better Paul brother. At the end of the day, that's still a lot of money and though he is a millionaire, a million dollars is still a million dollars and more than some billionaires give away.
Logan Paul's big fuckup is worse than pretty much anything Jake Paul has done but Jake is most certainly just a worse person overall, even before the maturation
Melissa Sanders he still WAS AN ADULT WITH CHILDREN IN HIS AUDIENCE!!!!! BUT yes a million dollars is more than a lot of money and it is actually TAX DEDUCTABLE up to a certain point not sure what what amount but yes you get a tax refund from the government.........BUT THEN AGAIN TRUMP ONLY PAYS 750 in taxes so........we live in country of very bad example.

I never thought that it'd be possible, but somehow Jake got 100x worse than Logan, the Japanese forest man I still don't like the Pauls, but at least Logan is trying to be better while Jake has become a caricature of a human being
Great breakdown. 2 observations: Logan like most ppl peaked in maturity when he found his initial success (17) And KSI. literally SAVED his whole career. Oh 3rd, he told us in the Casey interview he told us he would manufacture his redemption arc... and he wasn’t lying...
I feel like he is good person but is a mess and comes of as extremely bad. And also feel when he did that Japanese forest fiasco he was an even bigger mess and was just not in his right mind. He's finally getting on track now that he also has an adult audience who try to understand him.
Genuinely curious to know: how do you guys determine someone has redeemed themself? I want to be a person who can be glad to see him changing but having lost someone to suicide I really struggle to empathize with someone who would exploit a victim’s suffering for views. Are some things unforgivable? What can be done to make up for one’s behavior?
You personally don't always have to accept peoples actions. You can say they grew from their actions but you are still hurt by than, therefore the apology isn't accepted but you still respect him as a human. personally they would need to grow and respect and help out the community they hurt from it.
You don't ever have to forgive him. If you see growth in someone that has done something you can't forgive then it's fine to just say, "good, keep doing that," and move on. We should all want better for one another, sometimes better is just baseline decency.
dangelo is a great example of how you can show a "redemption arc" while still holding people accountable for their actions. shane dawson could never----
its probably going to be a lot to cover too if he is gonna cover as much as possible. Jakes book, marriage to Tana, Team 1000, his Financial Freedom Movement, "fighting" Cody Ko, getting arrested for looting, etc.
I came here ready to see someone get dragged for almost an hour, and it was a pleasant surprise and slap to my face that you chose to stick to the facts instead of jumping into the logan paul bad wave, which would have been really easy. We need more creators like you
i've just finished watching this video and i really do think logan paul is changing. his old actions are something that will never be forgotten but it is clear that he is genuinely trying his best to be better as an influencer and as a person. i know it's unnecessary but i just want to put it out there- this is what change looks like. not uploading empty apology videos over and over without even taking accountability and ending up doing the same shit all over again like tati and shane and jeffree.
You’ve already filmed the next video. But Jake took a picture of my teammate off the internet from a newspaper article bc he had the same name a this other kid UA-camr, and put him in the video saying that he was his girlfriends (not tana, the one before) first boyfriend. Saying he was a male nurse and that Jake wanted to go beat him up. Jake did this bc he thought he would never know, however the name of our college team was on it, and bc he was an athlete you could easily find his info. So Jake clearly wasn’t thinking. My friend didn’t take any action but it still wasn’t ok
Thanks for the support everyone. He just kind of laughed about it and kind of just went on with his life, but it doesn’t give Jake the authority to do this to other kids. If anyone wants to see this video, here it is, it’s not like millions of others haven’t also seen it 😂: ua-cam.com/video/DuKnbesHszA/v-deo.html I’m 99% he charged the thumbnail from my friend being in it, but this happened in dec 2017. They show his picture at the 16 minute mark. My memory was wrong about the beating him up part, however he wasn’t kind to him
This video really just shows how D'angelo is one of the best and most objective commentary UA-camrs out there. Like, how easy would it have been to make a 50-minute video just dragging Logan Paul, one of the internets most hated content creators, through the mud? I mean, the views are basically guaranteed from putting his name in the title anyway. But no, cause that would only be one side of the story, and that's not what D'angelo does. His videos honestly present better journalism than any major newsmedia I know of.
I agree, but I feel like overall. He still decided to ultimately frame him as not that much better when he said something to the effect of saying Logan Paul was a rich kid forced to learn empathy to stay rich with no consequences. That disappointed me that his overall conclusion was still pretty negative because people do change and grow, and forgiveness is a good thing. At the same time, D’Angelo is only 22, so he’ll learn that with time, hopefully. Also, many people continue being terrible and rich, and it seems like he’s genuinely took a turn, and I respect that.
@@ericaloveskorea Well, saying that he was forced to learn empathy and stayed rich without any consequences is, in my opinion, an accurate assessment, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. In the end, it only means that Logan's career has stayed intact, while the content he' is creating is much more worth the while, and he seems to also enjoy it a lot more. Or in other words, both sides have come out on top.
@@mariabrown1481 It seemed in making that comment (the way he did), he implied he only changed and became empathetic to stay rich. But I totally understand your point of view and agree!
@@ericaloveskorea I get your point and it's of cause impossible to tell the intention behind Logan's sudden change of character. Like you, I prefer to see the best in people, and would much rather entertain this redemption arc narrative, but this is an ongoing subject and only time will tell. That being said, I do believe, that this comment specifically, considering the way it was used, might have been meant as a form of comedic relief, rather than actual criticism. But then again, I completely get where you're coming from.

I've been listening to the twins podcast for a few months and 50% of it is just them scream-talking over each other which can be really annoying but I still find it pretty entertaining
i remember my best friend being OBSESSED with them in 2015. i didn't hear anything about them until one of them posted a video talking about their struggle with cystic acne & the subsequent depression they went through about themselves. they just seem like kids who were given an audience for being attractive, and now they're just floating thru life trying to find something that works

As a Japanese, I felt angry when I found out about his Japan vlog, but I know not all Americans are like this, a long time has passed, Logan Paul has apologized already and seemes to be better now, so I hold no grudge.
I- I am so sorry that you got offended bro. That honestly wasn’t cool of him but I’m happy you forgive him! I may not like Logan Paul but I don’t *hate* him.
I would love for d’angelo to revisit this subject two years later after the cryptozoo and other controversies to see that Logan didn’t really change in the long run but just just disguised his bad behaviour in an effort to push this evolved Logan narrative. Although it looks like dangelo has given up on UA-cam due to the lack of videos for the last few years. I hope he returns he has awesome and well thought out content unlike his target in this video 😂
It seems like Logan can function as a "regular person" if he's not presented with the opportunity to do harm. The podcast grounded him, he hadn't alienated his friends, there weren't any harmful trends happening at the time, and he was watching Jake mirror his own mistakes... but he wasn't getting the thrill seeking brain chemical hits he used to. Then suddenly there's this thing that can boost your income ten fold, there's no laws against it, it comes with a built in audience and all of your fake influencer friends are peddling it. I don't want to diagnose him, people have already tried and it rubs me wrong every time it happens, but his behavior reminds me of my husband when he was untreated for ASPD. I do not think Logan has ASPD, I am not qualified to say so and even if I were I cannot diagnose through a screen of purposefully curated personality -- I just don't think it is out of the realm of possibility that he has low empathy levels and a bit of antisocial behavior. He needs real friends around him that will call him out, but he pushed all the ones he had away, only leaving greedy yes men ready to take advantage of his self destruction kick and disregard for his fans. The guy is not innocent at all in this, don't read me wrong here. I just do believe that this corner turning that is documented here was real, he just happened to find another awful trend that scratched that "MORE, BIGGER, HIGHER" itch that never went away.
I think Logan’s fight against Ksi was his saving grace because imo if Ksi didn’t call him out he wouldn’t have found a way to distract the world or his audience from the Japan video or jump started his “redemption arc” if you will. Besides the fight gave him even more views and publicity because of the drama & the whole Uk vs. U.S. rivalry. JJ definitely helped save Logan’s career tbh
I haven’t finished the video yet but I still to this day have no idea who KSI is and was under the impression he is another UA-camd or was an actual boxer. But I’m really shocked to hear, it was a UK vs. US kinda thing? That actually sounds pretty neat and kinda funny so I can see how that certainly would’ve taken some heat off Logan
@@terra_the_nightingale135 it turned into US/UK bc KSI/JJ is a part of the UK UA-camr group The Sidemen which are pretty popular, and he's also in the same friend group as other UK UA-camrs, and the Pauls are pretty much the most known UA-camrs from the US for better or for worse.
@@ABCD-si7px Not necessarily JJ doesn’t like the Paul brothers and originally wanted to fight Jake Paul cause he disliked him and cause it’d be a big fight but Jake wussed out and instead suggested that he’d fight Ksi’s younger brother and JJ would fight Logan. I think Logan took the fight however solely because it would take attention away from the Japan video and give him more views & publicity.
because when you’re that big, you no longer have to try. you’ll be paid and get a shitload of views regardless. we need to stop letting idiots like the paul family (yes, the entire family) get the attention they so desperately want.
Hi D'Angelo, is it possible to have subtitles in the videos? They are extremely good but some people (including me) have problems understanding the language, or are hard of earing or deaf. Thank you very much regardless 💫💙💫
*THE VIRGIN VLOG* - Loud and annoying - Sparked one of the messiest controversies in UA-cam history - Kept Logan, his friends/family and his fans from growth - Exclusively for children - Emblemizes everything wrong with modern online content *THE CHAD PODCAST* - Caters to an entirely different demographic but open to all ages - Full of effort and insight - Conversations with a diverse cast of guests from across all platforms - You can see Logan's (albeit slow) growth
I think the longevity of his growth says something about the sincerity of it. You don't just grow up over the course of a few months. You don't very suddenly realize the full intensity of how *wrong* something you did was. For example, and I know this doesn't even come near what Logan has done in the past, when someone is bullied in highschool. The bully doesn't graduate and magically see how severely they messed with someone's life; they look back at it years later after experiencing life and realize they were an utter ass. I think that's why I personally don't hold anything Logan did in his past against him. That's not to say I wouldn't hold him accountable for his actions, because I absolutely would and do, but over the years he's made slow and genuine progress to get where he is right now, mentally, and it's much, MUCH more agreeable than a youtuber who just apologizes, cools off for a month or two, makes a large donation, hosts a few giveaways, and then goes back to pretty much the same content they were producing before. That's another thing, you can see his change in his regular, unrelated to any controversy content. He's changed, for the better, over an extended period of time and I can only hope his younger viewers grow up and continue to look up to the way he's turned his life around, and still is.

That is the best description i’ve heard about the 2 of them.

Also his comments about blm were really good.
i'm not done with the video yet, so my views aren't complete... but I still rather dislike him
Update: I've just about finished. Firstly, the whole forest incident still scars me and leaves a sour opinion in my mind. He also seems somewhat obnoxious, at least on his main channel. I honestly was proud of him for doing that
@Claribel Penick can we stop bringing up Shane dawson

Shane was the defense attorney.

I bet on him getting a therapy

The reason I like his content more than someone like creepshow art (who actually helped me discover this channel) is that he takes an unbiased standpoint w/ his evidence and doesn’t claim a moral high ground. He’ll say that he doesn’t like Logan Paul, but doesn’t skew the evidence against him and even admits that he has improved. That’s good commentary
@@eattheasslikeitsgrass5113 he's not completely unbiased tho. He's human. Subconsciously, his thoughts would be more negative due the prior knowledge of logan Paul before he decided to make this video
His podcast is a little less about himself and a little more about giving others a platform to speak - there's something ALMOST poetic there
i think it also gives himself insight and allows him to actually listen to others and grow.
Yeah like how actually making a calculated plan can be profitable.

Logan Paul giving a million dollars to charity was definitely performative, but it's also the reason I have always credited him as being the better Paul brother. At the end of the day, that's still a lot of money and though he is a millionaire, a million dollars is still a million dollars and more than some billionaires give away.
it seems like a sort of “the good place” effect where he did good things to make himself seem outwardly better, but ended up maturing because of it
@@kbye2321 i know this comment has nothing to do with the OP or the videos *BUT*

I feel some of the apologies and stunts are PR and not genuine.
If someone has repeatedly showed to be two faced and try to frame things to look sympathetic, I pretty much never believe 100% that person reformed.
@@HerFistIsAmerican logan’s first apology attempts were definitely insincere, but my intuition tells me he’s shown his humanity in recent years

Sigh. The fight was set up specifically to distract everyone.
@@ABCD-si7px no
@@terra_the_nightingale135 it turned into US/UK bc KSI/JJ is a part of the UK UA-camr group The Sidemen which are pretty popular, and he's also in the same friend group as other UK UA-camrs, and the Pauls are pretty much the most known UA-camrs from the US for better or for worse.
