Except many Cali cities don't post their routes. Or you have no way to look them up before you get to the city. I got this ticket in Bakersfield. $273. Officer told me I can always look it up online. Since then, I've seen five cities that had them online. That's it.
What the hell does L.A.P.D care about D.O.T laws ?! That is why there is a department named The "California Highway Patro"l or, CHP that, handles commerical vehicles. Just some more B.S laws we, correction (y'all) don't need just to generate money that is already being given away !

You cant afford to drive on California roads, According to my IFTA price index. Truckers that drive in California pay .74 cents per mile!!! Compare that with KY at .12 and MO at .19... So put simply they dont build the roads big enuff for the needed traffic and at 3 and 4 times the COST
Good day Officer...i will never travel to California again in my life...either trucking or vacation.. too many laws...right lane for trucks...ur state is always burning..ur air is terrible...no thanks..
why is a L.A. officer enforcing state laws? dont you have state police? iam SOOOOOOO glad i dont live in C.A. and NEVER will. this is just there way to make you think they are good guys.
Because generally if your police officer in that state you enforce the state's laws. I'm glad you don't have any plans on moving here we've got enough dumbasses here as it is we don't need any more.
The easiest way to combat this is like everyone’s been saying don’t take loads to California they’ll figure it out soon enough
That's what I been doing for the past two years
Seems like L.A.P.D. found a faster and easier way to generate "INSTANT INCOME" from the truckers, rather than fighting crime in the neighborhood!
No shit. Gangs aren't a problem in LA. Trucker's are.😂
Cali should build warehouse just inside their border so trucks can unload there shit and they can figure out how to get in into the city’s from there
I agree, just refuse to deliver in the truck natzi state.
And that's why avoiding California is so easy.

@@cantorianovm91 it's not a moving violation so no I don't think so.
I did not know that L.A.P.D. had a commercial vehicle enforcement unit, awesome!!!
Juan Espinoza most local and county departments have dot trained officers
I thought it was 41 feet from the king pin to center of rear axl ?
40 feet
I think that is Florida?
Lol. It is about that. Dude mis spoke about length lol.
Minute 1:19 The truck was in the wrong place, but the car was barreling into the wrong lane at high speed.
clear as mud.
Seems very just/ fair / standard to me
California Carpet Valium law pickups are commercial vehicles
65 ft?
tractor is 16 front to forward drives plus 53. 69 ft
wrong. you loose that length when you back under the trailer
@@renaldojason ..i have paced from bumper to nose about 16 ft
6 ft sleep
4 ft door
6 ft hood
tanks(mid aprox drives to flaps maybe 10ft
before hurting the driver, make it illegal to make long trailers.
no real need for any trailer longer than 48ft if the load is heavy it only gets loaded to the 48ft mark
I do P&D in a sleeper all day long around LA,OC,SB,RIVERSIDE...no problem.. I❤LA
Why don't you do cars with trader or ampersand with trailers..you don't do theme
Best solution to stay out of this ignorant state
turbine blades oal.192ft

A lot of municipalities have wanna be commercial officers. Its about revenue.
