Attempted to jump start a tractor with a diesel engin allmy.tips/SuaokiStarter though we were unable to start the engine, it turned over 3 separate times. Without charging the unit, I was able to assist a broken down suburban, with a jump. I have 2 other mfg of jumper units, I will get rid of those and buy a couple more of these units. I would recommend this unit.
This Suaoki U10 has let me down a couple of times. When I connect it to the half empty car battery, the status LED will turn green alright, but it turns off after 3 seconds, which does not give me enough time to run to the ignition and turn the key. Same happens if I press the override button.
This is a follow up about my charger 20000mah case swelling. I still not sure why the case on my charger started to swell and split apart; but I did sent pictures and details about the charger to Suaoki, and they responded within a day. They sent me new charger with a return paid box. Very good customer service. May have just been one fluke. This charger is very strong and I have not had any other problems . In fact, I purchased another one of same style for my second car.
Had same issue. I managed to get successful jump in that small time frame. Also you can bypass that 'safety feature' by pushing the small button on the clamp. You will need to use a paperclip because the hole is tiny. Be careful with polarity because you have circumvented all safety features if you jump in this fashion.
willienugget I realise when battery are very low I keep connecting until it's holds green light for longer. I think that way it charge battery to the level that green light stays longer to start a car. Last time I did that battery was at 6.5v
Makes sense. I let mine die completely before testing. Will test again with a partial charge and note the lights. I don't mind if this feature makes the unit last longer.
Be careful with this battery. I've had mine which is a 20000mah for 14 months. I just noticed, lucky for me, that the batteries are swelling causing the side of charger to open up on side of compass. Pretty sure this is very dangerous. I've just sent a message to Suaoki; hope they return with idea. Bought this through amazon. Hope this helps you of possible fire.
Fon Jet I couldn’t tell for sure. The charger worked great for numerous charges on cars, but after not using it for a while I decided to charge up. I noticed the two large gaps opening up on side of case with compass. I contacted the company and sent pictures, that was good enough for them. I returned it with returned shipping tag. Received my new one a week later. Im Happy. No reason for swelling was given.
Mike N I unstand the swelling you describe..they must be lithium polymer battery like i have for my rc cars . They can be a volatile battery ..some fires have started in houses and sheds while charging! While on here you should look at rc lipo charging videos on here you’ll see what what I refer to !
@@mikefranky I mean I literally open the box (dissasenble it), and the stamp on the blue plastic wrap of the battery reads 6000mAh. I hope yours is not fake like mine. (or they all are fake:)

Aren't you supposed to connect the red first then black? Then reverse order when disconnecting?

mine not working each time , I think when battery is to flat or just fault on the safety figure of device as grin led go off after 3 sek

there is an aliexpress buyer who has opened the charger and has verified that the battery is 6000 mah
