Well I was limited to Office Depot as I'd just received a complete refund for my failed executive chair that was on one of their gift cards. Funny thing is that they don't even show any of these style of chairs in the normal chairs section of their website. I found them by specifically searching for gaming chairs and fortunately there were several models to choose from.
Your's came with a ball cap? Did yours come with little white cloth gloves? Mind did. It kinda cracked me up but I have to admit that they did make it a little easier to hang onto the Allen wrench and the smooth metal parts. They must have ran out of ball caps by the time I got my chair. :) I see the manual has changed too. Mine isn't full color. I was glad, but surprised at how heavy it was when the box arrived. Heavy usually means quality. Mine has a dent in the cushion on the left armrest, but otherwise, it is in great shape, so I don't think I'll send it back just for that. The little plastic shields for the sides of the chairback were a little fiddly to put on, but otherwise, it seemed like an easy build. The wordless instructions were a bit vague, so I thought I'd turn to UA-cam to see if I missed anything. I like that it is fabric as I don't like leather or 'pleather' either. I like that it is all black too. I don't care for the wild color schemes of some gaming chairs. Great video! I appreciate you doing one on this specific model.
I think they sent out the ball cap individually or at the time was when you spend over €250 on something, you get a free ball cap. Can't remember.I haven't had any material damage on the chair so I am not sure how this happened. Maybe transport. :/Yeah, me too. The black one and fabric is just a perfect fit for me. @@PCCrazyDario I'm glad to hear it. I was a little reluctant to spend this kind of money for an office chair, but hearing that your chair is still in great shape four years later, is encouraging. That and I'm really hoping that it will help me with my lower back and hip pain. The white gloves didn't survive the process of building the chair. By the time I was done doing it while wearing them, there was a hole in the right index finger and snags all over the gloves. Better it happen to the the gloves than to my skin on my hands though. :) That's the point of gloves I suppose.

Well I didn't use them. :P I feel like gloves always get in my way when doing something and I am more precise with hands. Maybe nothing would have happened if you didn't use the gloves. :D

Nice, you won't regret. Two years on my chair and still no sight of wear, damage, or anything similar to that. And it is still comfortable. :) Yeah, the hat is really cool :D

At a little over $200 (got mine on a Black Friday special here in the US), its the most expensive chair I've ever bought that wasn't a recliner for the living room. :) I hope it lasts a long time. I got it, though, because I'm tired of cheap sub-$100 office chairs hurting my back and hips. I've even tried pillows made for people with damaged tailbones and my cheap char was still uncomfortable. This is my first day sitting in this new chair and it feels so very much better so far. I can tell that it is much better quality than my cheap chair.

Niklas Eller Thank you. Glad you like it. I am 178cm tall, that is 5ft 10” and there is still head rest above my head. I think it has really high backrest compared to any chair I have encountered.
I am 6'1" and this chair feels like it could even fit someone who is 7 feet tall. The seat is roomy. I weight about 180 lbs, but I bet someone weighing 280 would still feel like they had plenty of room thanks to the lack of aggressively angled wings on the seat pad. The seat doesn't feel flat and hard either though. It does feel like it has zones of support like an ergonomic chair, they just aren't wildly exaggerated. The height of the back is just high enough for me that even when I'm sitting up straight, the top of my head is just even with the top of the seat and I've got an extra vertebra in my neck, so the seat back is plenty high. I love how adjustable the arm rests are. I've never had a chair with arms that move in and out, side to side, twist etc like this. Some reviews I've read say that the arms are too far apart, abut if you turn the chair over and loosen the bolts holding the arms on, you can move the arms in closer to the seat. I'm fairly slim for my height, so I've got the arms moved all the way in and usually have them twisted towards me while I'm typing. If I'm playing a game, especially an RTS or FPS, I turn the right arm out more since it's spending most of its time using the mouse. Most office chairs that I've sat in have felt like they were made for kids or something, but this one is like getting a suit from the Big & Tall stores.

Mine missed a screw to attach the seat with the lever system, and there also wasnt a whole in the fabric at that location, like the lever system goes onto the seat with 4 screws, theres only 3 wholes on the seat, wtf, im skemmed

Thunder Honestly, I have never been satisfied with a chair in my life. It is still comfortable, no dents in the sitting part, the color of the material stays the same constantly. All lever still function as they should. And the wheels, still rolling without a problem.

Still sitting on it like it is its first day after assembling it. Best thing ever honestly. Only needs a bit of cleaning and it's like brand new.

Simon Lee I have it now for 8 months and you don’t see dust. If you want to clean it you can just unzip the cloth and wash it. Simple as that. 😉
