Your next trip here should be in the winter. Outside of Fairbanks is Chena Hot Springs. It's the best for the Northern lights. Contact me next time before your trip.
We drove/moved to Alaska with a 1 & 2 year old. We drove/moved back 4 years later with a 6, 4, 3, & 1 year old. We also brought an Alaskan Husky and Cat back with us. It was quite an adventure. 😂
Thanks for the video. We are thinking about going to Alaska to see northern light during December. We have a four year old, not sure if it’s good idea. Any advice? Thanks
@six233 You'll be fine, it is less about being 4 years old and more about just being prepared. I would recommend getting an airbnb/vrbo outside of a city where there will be little light pollution. Where we were in Healy would be ideal. Be sure and book it for several days to account for bad weather. That way you could just step outside and look up as often as you like versus staying in a city and being shackled to a tour guide that takes you out.
Greetings. Love the dad jokes and the ideas. Can you please post a listed daily itinerary and the time of year you went? Thank you!
September
