Great Video! You just woke me up! I bought a hooklift and got up to 28 dumpsters 2 years ago. Have a few contractors using us and bought a junk removal truck to take on junk removal. However, I stopped running ads and just cruising along all comfortable. But after seeing this video I’m realizing I’d better get my butt in gear with running ads and getting more business. If the contractors decided to go with the cheaper guys I’d be up sh*t creek really fast. Anyhow thanks for dropping this video it really freaked me out and it’s just want I needed. ❤
There's contractors that say there's no work and there's people that tell me they can't find anyone because they're booked out for 6 months. I did the same thing you talked about for a few years. Got complacent didn't try to get more accounts and then lost my biggest account. Nobody to blame but me.
Around 2:30 you're absolutely right its how I exploded my business. The industry is easy to take over because most of the business owners are in their 50s and don't want to learn the new way of growing companies.

2 years ago the economy was great and there was hardly any competition. Now there is more competition than ever and the economy/housing market is taking a nose dive. Going to make it tough for everyone, but especially those just starting out that don't have an established book of clients. The next 1-2 years will separate the men from the boys IMO.
It appears that this economy is slowing down. Remodel and new construction is going to follow. A lot of people are going to feel the effect. As an example, Yellow freight lines just filed for bankruptcy, 30,0000 employees are now out of work. Bankruptcy as a whole are way up.
Bankruptcy is going up from all time lows though. I do not see the housing market or remodeling slowing down anytime soon unless intrest rates continue to go up. I think the next 5 years will be great for cunstruction and dumpsters. More houses are being built in my area right now than I have seen since 2009. They are all selling immidiately as well. All good things always come to an end but I think it will be a while Thanks for watching!

What is your target population density per dumpster? We’re in the apartment business, running numbers on starting a dumpster rental business to serve our needs as well as the community needs. How far is too far to do runs? Love your videos. Just started watching. Thanks!👍

Up here in Canada roofing has slowed to a crawl everybody’s mortage has gone up at least 1000 to 1500 a month so extra stuff is put on hold.

I made them all 8ft long but the width varies. I believe the 20 yards have a 32" wide decal. I made them as wide as I could for each size dumpster
