Hey I need help bad, and I'm worried that my dream is over... So I'm on a MacBook Air, and when I first got the 13 update, it's super laggy and the Pan and Zoom trembles. The Pan and Zoom is fixed now, but... it's still so laggy! The video playback is so crazy laggy! It's impossible to use. Keep in mind, that the GB I used on my Mac are 214 out of 250. Been deleting stuff but it isn't working. Need to delete more. Is that why? Please reply. @@FilmoraWondershare

Thank you for the video. On a compound clip full of pictures, how do you, quickly, place random transitions in the clip?
You can apply transitions between two compound clips. To add transitions to the assets within a compound clip, you need to open the compound clip and then apply transitions to the individual assets inside it.

Hi I really need some help. When I sync 2 different videos with audio on the timeline. How can I put them in a split screen template. Can someone help?.
Does filmora have camera movement? for example a camera that follows a moving object while cropped
Only keyframes
We do have Video Tracking which can also work for you , but at the moment doesn't have camera. We are already exploring this for future updates.

If i am making UA-cam video then do i need to by filmora business plan or individual plan and do i get copyright strick if i make edit with individual plan without using its music use UA-cam music and then post it on UA-cam
When making a UA-cam video with Filmora, choose an individual plan for personal use or a business plan for commercial purposes. To avoid copyright strikes, ensure any music used, whether from Filmora or UA-cam's library, is royalty-free or you have the necessary permissions.
How to export an alpha channel file in mov format?

Currently, MOV doesnt export Alpha channel. You can do so using PNG Sequence, Gopro Cineform, WebM and GIF formats by by turning on "Export Alpha Channel"

i recently watched "cry wolf" by "a-ha" the parts of the video locked onto the eyes of the singers, is there a way i can recreate this in filmora?

Please we need in and out animations for not just text but also for images and videos just like Capcut, just will really come in handy.
And for goodness sake, we should be able to change text to capital letters with the click of a button by now, that's long overdue.

You can select your video/picture.
Go to Video Panel
Select "Animation" tab
You will find several preset animations and motions that has in-s and out's .
@@FilmoraWondershare I know that one "Preset Motions (legacy)", but I can't control them individually, the in and out animations come together, i can't add just the in or the out animation individually, it has to go in and out the same way, and I can't control the speed of the animations either, which is frustrating.
Just the way you have separate in and out animations for text now, I'll suggest you did the same for pictures and videos.
I had filmora pro and it was great. Paid for the lifetime subscription. Computer got hacked so needed to reset it and lost my Fillmora pro and now i find you can no longer upload it again.
I bought Filmora 12 back in Sept 2023, I still have a lot to learn from Filmora 12, why should I upgrade now.

Not all features available on Desktop are available on mobile. But there are some common ones.

Anyone else facing issues with the L and K keys? The J key works fine but the L and K key don't work for some reason.

So I created a compound clip. Can undo it?
ctrl z is your friend
You can UNDO to go to the previous state. Or you can always go inside the compound clip, cut and paste the assets to the main timeline as you wish to.
Hi. Why does project template. Or copy take up several gb of space on mybpc?
i just installed the newest update and now Ripple Delete and GIFs don't work. you've lost me as a customer after my subscription runs out. All GIFs appear a black rectangles. Even right-clicking Ripple Delete won't grant the previously viable, "ripple," aspect of removing the clip.
i just installed/downgraded to Filmora 12.5.15. GIFs work appropriately. Ripple Delete works appropriately. You're not going to be able to gaslight me into thinking the problem is on my end. Wondershare management pushed an update before it was properly tested. It's not like I'm trying to experiment with an Intel Arc card. oops, sorry. what I meant to say was, "neato! AI stuff! I'm so lit to STAN for wondershare! yay!" -smh
It works. Check your system stability and see if there are any other issues.

If only Filmora 13 would actually open - shuts down as soon as I try to do anything & can't restore previous versions & your support options are no help - a phone number that is not Australian, chat questions that don't relate & no email address - I had something I needed to get done by tomorrow & wasted the entire evening trying to get this to open

but they forgot to put how to un-compound the clip. don't tell me ctrl+z haha. what if you have a previous project and suddenly you like to uncompound that clip.

what is that? you just opened the compound clip. if you go back to the main time line it is still compounded. the point is they don't have a function to uncompound them and put it again on the main timeline. @@Mazza_T

nah ima need a new editor program cuz what is this LMAO. In filmora 12 i could do everything perfectly without any problems and now none of the features work
