wow, thanks! This will help a lot! I also want to give a suggestion on an effect to add, the effect is called "motion tile' it mirrors the same image around a black space to cover that black space up. This effect is in software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, if you can research such effects, all editors using Filmora, will be very grateful. Thank you for the time to read this comment.
Thank you for your valuable suggestion! We are always striving to improve Filmora, and your feedback is very important to us. We will pass your suggestion on to our product team. Please continue to share your thoughts and suggestions!
I did the lock on effect on one of my visits to a hibachi. I was trying to follow bouncing egg that went close to the edge of my frame on 2 occasions. It was still a good effect as it happened for a split second, but my tip on that is to make sure you leave plenty of room of your subject along all sides.
With the plus sign on your nose part, shouldn’t there be tracking involved? What if you had a crazy long clip? Don’t want to be advancing 3 frames for a long period of time. Tracking would make that go so much faster.
Exactly! I've been scoping out every update to see if there is an AI tool that will achieve this tracking for you. Bit sad to see their answer to this effect is to manually keyframe the entire thing 🥲
Hey, Chloe. Thanks for the content. Would you please care to show me where to customize, add/remove the buttons right on top of the timeline. Such as, undo, redo, delete, keyframe, etc. How do I add or remove ones please?
To customize the buttons above the timeline, such as undo, redo, delete, keyframe, etc., you can directly remove or add them by adjusting the keyframes on the timeline itself. If you want to remove a keyframe, simply click on the keyframe point on the timeline and delete it. Unfortunately, adding or removing specific buttons in the interface isn't supported at the moment.
We're sorry to hear about the ongoing issue. Please try restarting the application. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support team:customer_service@wondershare.com with a detailed description of the problem, and we'll assist you further.
Are you referring to the V14 beta version? After enabling keyframes, head back to the timeline panel, right-click on your video, and you'll see the "Show Keyframe Animation" option. You can adjust your keyframes here. This is one of the new updates introduced in V14!
Hey guys can i ask that you please separate the shortcuts for Next Frame and Move right & Previous Frame and Move Left, When i'm trying to keyframe something in every frame it can be quite time consuming because when i click and drage when i want my item to be and then press right for (Next Frame) it just moves to the right, but if you were to separate these, i would be able to drag (next frame key) drag (next frame key) drag, Etc
We really appreciate your feedback! It’s valuable insights like yours that help improve our editing experience. I’ll definitely pass this suggestion along!
We, the people in Iran and abroad, are waiting as soon as possible for the Persian language to be added to the typing of this program. The countries that cannot type have added their own language. Please let us know. Thanks, we are waiting impatiently. ❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
plz make it so we can link the ai trackin option to the feyframes, it would be so much easier to follow an object, and its only logical to be honest insted of the manual tracking
it looks like in the time lapse that they're using some sort of keyboard shortcut to advance frames, but when i'm trying to do the same, it just nudges the video/image's position by a small amount, and it doesn't advance to the next frame. is there a shortcut or setting I've missed for that?
Filmora is best for editing but I want to upgrade the keyframe panel like capcut that will be better...beacuse keyframe are not soft..easy in easy out soft not good. make it like capcut easy in easy out graphic than filmora will be popular...otherwise market will be down...hope you undustand this is a idea i share...
Hello, if you see this comment, in the next intermediate version, instead of enlarging or reducing a photo, please add the thing on the control panel on the side that does not appear when touched. +onion skin
off topic alittle: Talking of auto captions why doesnt filmora include it freely like capcut, you don't need credits and signing in like filmora its hectic that's why most of us just find ourselves using capcut
Oh that is very strange! Can you double check you are using the latest version update. If so and the issue persists, can you contact our support team and share all details. This may be a glitch: customer_service@wondershare.com
How do I duplicate keyframes over the same media file. Let's say I create a pattern comprising 5 keyframes. But I want to repeat this pattern over and over for several seconds on the media file. I'm trying to use CMD/CTRL + Dragging the keyframes but it doesn't work. Instead, it moves the current keyframe without duplicating them. No Tutorials about it =(
To duplicate keyframes over the same media file, select the keyframes you want to copy on the timeline, then right-click to see the option to copy keyframes. Once you've selected where you want to paste them, right-click again, hover over the "Keyframe" option, and you'll see the option to paste the keyframes.
If you're referring to the turning photo to video effect, because the layers are separate and the keyframes are only in the specific color parameter, they won't interfere with other layers. Hope that helps!
Thank you for your suggestion. We understand the value of having automatic face tracking or face centering, and we will pass this idea on to our development team for consideration in future updates!
Sorry for the inconvenience! While this feature isn’t available yet in Filmora, it’s a fantastic idea and we’ll definitely consider it for future updates. Stay tuned!❤❤❤
Are you referring to motion tracking? If so, we have that feature! Just click on the clip in the timeline, and you’ll see the option appear above the timeline.
Unfortunately Filmora doesn't have save, import, and export which will make all editors' a lot easier, small simple feature but save a lot of time for editting which is also a big impact that filmora didn't see hmm...!
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the curves. Please make sure your software is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, try restarting Filmora or reinstalling the software. Duplicating the clip with a few keyframes may lead to inconsistent results and a less polished outcome. Using more keyframes helps ensure smooth transitions and precision throughout the entire video.

how do you get into the keyframe panel on the newest version? It just gives me a popup saying to right click the context menu.

It's the Nudge option. Are you using a PC or Mac? In Mac it's option + arrow key!
Need keyframe for curves in color section.
Thank you for your suggestion!
is it possible in ipad?
i don,t have laptop/computer

@@FilmoraWondershare This works, thanks. It works on imported media but not Filmora elements like effects, overlays, etc.
You are adding the key frame on the second layer, isn't it will interfere with the first layer plus the keyframe will also not will be in black

Why not add a feature of automatic FACE TRACKING or FACE CENTERING. ?!

I thought I understood key framing. After this video, I have no idea 😂😂
Keyframing can be complex, but practice makes perfect🤩
add 3D tilts as a standard feature
Thanks for the suggestion! 😆😆😆
I keep asking about turning a video clip into a cartoon. Never got a proper response. I’m guessing there isn’t a way in filmora.

music is so loud I could barely hear you well, also the video is pretty fast or maybe i'm a little slow idk but thanks anyway

instead of making all those key frames, why don’t you just make a few key frames and then duplicate the clip over and over again?
