Weighted decisions are an approach to decision making skills with logical and emotional criteria. I explain the process to create a weighted decision matrix which can apply from anything like decision making in management to how to make a decision to change your life. Weighted criteria are applied to options, option filtering, and the commitment to make a decision importance. The weighted decision helps build trust for decision making under uncertainty such as decision making process in management or personal life with the example decision matrix analysis. Decision making and problem solving rely on the decision making process, as well as having the make a decision motivation to make a decision and bring this to an end in yet another make a decision training day video.
