I have literally been crying through this video, because this was such a relief to hear about this, I was extremely worried about the shaking in my toes if I try and curl them after my injury. (Grade 2 Ankle sprain) Thank you thank you thank you!!

This is what is worrying me the most. I had a very bad broken ankle, dislocated with surgery. I am still so shakey.😢

Thank you, perfect timing for this video! I have a tibia plateau fracture, was 7 weeks non weight bearing, started partially weight bearing last week. This morning while standing on both legs my injured leg started to shake badly, it didn’t worry me but it’s good to know why it happens and what to do about it!

Thanx for this. It seems central to many body issues and connects the mind & body in a way so as to bring success in recovery. You are still the best!

I found they shaky movement even after starting to train small unusual muscles, like tibialis anterior or finger extension. But with attention, and slow deliberate speed, the movement quickly become much more fluid.

Great video! Helpful. What I also found helped a lot that compliments the isometric exercises is to tense my whole body like when you stretch out your whole body upon waking with a yawn. Picture a baby or even your pet upon waking. Then I would relax and feel limp all over but it would release the tension all over aiding my tendinitis. Not sure if that is the same thing but I did find it helped me along in my rehab once the inflammation was gone!

This was really interesting and helpful. I had tib-post replacement and heel realignment surgery and have a very specific issue that I’m struggling with. I ride sport and touring motorcycles and find I cannot (yet) turn my “new” foot down and inward enough to get my off road boot under the shift lever on my large touring motorcycle. I am doing PT exercises, and am using lighter boots for now. I think your tips, especially regarding slow or partial, focused movements may aid in my recovery.
