Great interview! The discussion on Mike Wieringo was my favorite part and one can only imagine what other great comics he could have produced had he not left us so early
Great interview. I get what waid is saying about married superman but I would respond by pointing out that in superman: the movie he literally turns back time to save lois after she dies. I think that tension between superman's responsibilities to humanity and to the people he loves is actually a really interesting part of the character and I think that once superman marries lois and has a kid you can turn that tension up even more.
Excellent interview i love the books mark waid got out right now you can see the love he has for these characters. And he is only getting started i hope we get the sequel to irredeemable at the end of the year
I think dc has the perfect opportunity to give mark waid an ongoing Superman run in the worlds finest time period where superman can really live in those silver and Bronze Age Superman conventions
What do you guys think of Superman: The Last Days of Lex Luthor?
Great interview man! Love hearing Waid talk about comics, you can truly tell he loves his job.

SUPERMAN #292, “The Luthor Nobody Knows” (by Elliot S! Maggin), is the first time you got into Lex’s head. A terrific read.
I concur!
Another great interview.
Thank you very much!

Great interview. Always love Waid’s interviews on this channel. I’m waiting for the trade for Lex Luthor but man I can’t wait!

Give him a full line!
Love World’s Finest. Any chance GL John Stewart and Black Lightning team up with the WF trio?
He's basically said WF revolves around rare pairings, or even pairings that have never really happened! So with those guys I think it's very possible.
@@TheComicsCube The story potential is definitely there. Different perspectives.
I’m really enjoying the new Teen Titans book. It feels classic but modern and Mark nailed it. I still have to catch up on Superman!!
