I only own one Stuff album, Stuff It, and it is a great album. Paul Simon loved this band so much and had them tour in his backing band in the seventies.

Richard Tee,Steve Gadd and Eric Gale (along with King Crimson bassist Tony Levin) were in Simon's 1980 movie One Trick Pony. I just happened to watch that a couple of nights ago and was pleasantly surprised to see them in it. Cheers, what a great band.

Steve Gadd! He's done so many different things - this is about the same time as the classic "Concierto" album with Jim Hall and Chet Baker... one night, he's playing jazz, the next night, this kind of stuff. Fast-forward 50 years, James Taylor. A musical omnivore.

The amazing thing about this performance is that their plane was late arriving, and they got on stage with literally minutes to spare, not even enough time to do a sound check!
