I don’t have enough products for a project pan, but the products I have multiples I have the rule of finishing one or two before I buy something of the same type. So far this works and I only spend more money on skincare which is more essential. Much love.
I am going to do a ProjectPan myself this year and a LowBuy. I am curious to see how much progress i am going to do with the chosen products.
OMG that is quite the list! I am putting mine together this week - going to be heavy on the body/hair products as I cleaned out my bath cupboards and I have SOOOOOOOOOOO many lotions/soaps/scrubs/hair products etc. it's crazy LOL

I have that tarte blush palatte and have hit pan in 3 blush shades after 1.5 years of daily usage. I find that once you hit pan, it gets easier to widen the pan because it becomes more powdery than tightly packed in. I recommend focusing on one blush pan at a time to be able to pan it without being discouraged 😊

I'm doing #teamprojectpan2020 too, just on my own, not sharing this on social media for now. I hope you and Hailey (and also your relatives) are and still will be safe during these crazy bushfires!

And I know you guys are probably hearing it over and over, but I am praying for you guys and yours country. Praying you/your friends/loved ones all to stay safe. whoa mama you are definitely ambitious this year ! I'm happy with the products I've picked to start with, but glad there there is a potential for refresh in a few months if needed.
With strong fragrances, I find spraying the clothes in my wardrobe in the morning one day really helpful! It leaves your clothes smelling nice but not as strong!

I watched last year’s project pan, and this year, I’m going to dive in and join the fun.
Since I had an Hourglass lipstick go rancid on me (in 7 months!), I think I’ll try to pan one.
Recognised that Tarte blush wheel, I live that their blush minis are always all you could need, pretty much wish all their blushes were that size.

That fit me powder lasted so long. Took me the majority of the year to use up, but it was beautiful!
Yes Kat. Been waiting for this ! Best of luck. I picked a few products myself (well whole face apart from eyeshadow) but like the blush and highlighter will be a nightmare to hit pan on which is my goal .
I'm excited to follow along :D Panning projects motivate me. I selected 8 lip products to pan over the course of the year (or declutter if I don't gravitate towards them), that's one lip liner I've been working on for months already, three glosses, three liquid lipsticks, and one traditional cream lipstick. I suspect I'll end up decluttering one for sure. Other than that, I want to pan a Paint Pot I've been going at for two years now - I'm close to hitting the bottom, as well as pan a powder or two and get more use out of my eyeshadows. The rest is regular use, I'm mostly either in control or the products are new-ish.
I am boggled at your set for this round and so amazed! A liquid lip!! So excited to join in this year and I am rooting us all on LOL Also hope you and your loved ones are doing okay with the horrible fires

Nice project... I'll be mixing a Project Pan (1 month 1 foundation rotation style) + Low buy (or No buy)... Liquid lipstick... I wore (almost) all year long the Maybelline's Super Stay Matte Ink in Loyalist... still going strong... and I have a backup (I like that shade on me); and I have a L'Oréal Infallible Les Chocolats in Dose of Cocoa (similar shade). :) I wish you a beautiful panning year... 😘
I love watching project pans. You’ve got me hooked on ck2! I found a roller ball online and absolutely adore the scent and now am waiting for a full bottle I bought on a discount fragrance website.
Yay another CK2 lover! We are a rare dying breed! I have 4 bottles as back ups and I still check for it in fragrance sales haha
I tried CK2 this year and fell quite hard for it, so I bought two backups. My sister, who usually does not use that much perfume, also fell for it, so I bought her a small one for Christmas.
Your tips video made it all sound pretty doable so I was already thinking of unofficially joining in, but hearing there's a spreadsheet and everything I thought, what the hell, might as well go hard while I'm motivated for the new year. ;) Thank you!
Wow. Good luck. I’m going to try to finish my sheet masks and my Lush bath bombs, about 50 of each. I figure one per week of each is do-able.
Think the blush palette is an awesome idea. At least you won’t get bored by having to use the same colour everyday.
Midnight Fantasy is my absolute favourite fragrance, got myself a new bottle for Christmas.

Some lofty Goals for 2020! That bronzer is massive!! I have put a Tarte Clay Play face pallet in my PP - I keep forgetting about it and I want to make some good progress on it.

KitschSnitch definitely! I have such a problem with finishing up a perfume I love and it turns into let’s save it for a special occasion which I don’t have any when I’m a stay at home mom. It’s crazy the amount of stuff I have like that!
I cannot wait for this! I've already picked out all my items I've just been unable to post because I have a stomach virus so I've been in bed. Can't wait to see everyone's progress

I have that same tarte blush palette as well, and I think I'll join you this year and attempt to use it as much as I can before I declutter it.

I haven’t been feeling makeup for the last 6 months or more, I think I’m going to jump in on this project pan and finally get some use out of the stuff I own. Also, I hope you all are staying safe with all fires, my heart goes out to all of Australia, I hope they get contained soon.

You got some good ones to pan. I go through balmy lip products the most, currently working on shampoo and body wash. I have tons I don't like but don't want them to go to waste.

I'm doing a project pan too cause my taste in makeup changed and I bought newer things that suits me better but I wanna use as much as I can the older products and I already decluttered some of them!
i loved your series. it inspired me to look at all my skincare and make up, i plan a no buy/ low buy and to kick it off im doing project pan to work through my products and stash. nothing coming in until what i have is used up x

That blush palette is going to be a challenge because Tarte blushes are notoriously long lasting. I have a couple of samples I’m trying to pan and even that is taking forever.
A good cause for notoriety ^_^

I thought I had chosen my project pan palettes, but I think that I am going to change the eyeshadow palette I am panning. I was going to pan my Too Faced Chocolate Bar but after using it, I think it isn’t really as useable anymore as it seems like it has gone bad. I might switch to my Zoeva Cocoa Blend.
Hi Kat, when you have to add Duraline to the eye liner do you put a few drops into the pot or do you scoop a little product onto the back of your hand, add a few drops of Duroline to mix then apply? I bought the Melt eyeliner pots from their holiday release and want to know how the best way to use them on my small hooded eyes. Do you think you could recommend some eyeliner brushes as some point in future videos? I’ve been looking for the “perfect brush” so I can apply liner, I’m a newbie when it comes to the makeup world so I’m building my collection of products & tools. Many years ago when I wore makeup as a youngin I could never do a winged liner, only waterline and now 500 years later I’m trying to learn. 😚
Sleeping Labradors You add it to the pot when your eyeliner starts to dry out. If yours are new you might not need. 500 years later. Same girl same. 😆

I watched your series last year and I was motivated to start my own. It’s not nearly as epic as yours though😄 I have less makeup and more skincare/bodycare to power through!

Good luck with that Flower Beauty concealer...I am persevering but it is not a great product, or easy to use. I think it might work better mixed with something I like?! I’m about to let it go, but you’ve inspired me to try one. more. time. 😕
Yeah I am worried about that. I have worn it recently a couple of times and it is currently working well with the foundation I use so I will see how I go with it until the quarterly check in :)

Does anyone know who created the concept of project pan? I’ve been wondering. I feel like an idiot that I can’t answer that question when asked.
If you were a newbie panner I would be warning you that this is too much. It's too easy to get frustrated and quit. As a veteran, I can only say hats off to you and good luck.
I'm just panning my "5 min face" 7 products. Brows, eyeliner, mascara, concealer, powder, highlighter, lipstick. I have a eyeshadow palette I'm low-key trying to hit pan on, too
Yeah I completely agree, I would not recommend this number of products to a new panner. I would say 10 makeup items max, because it can get very hard to keep track of and can get overwhelming. Luckily I wear a lot of makeup and even though this is very ambitious, I love the challenge!

I actually just decluttered my fitme powder to a friend. For some reason it's just gross on my skin
Renae Collum Me too. No one wanted it so it’s in the trash. 😕 Maybe because my skin is dryer and more textured but I bought it because most people love it as a drugstore option. I do love their concealers.
@@TracyD2 I got it for the same reason! My skin was less dry back then, so it wasn't too bad. I don't wear base products really, so right now powder is just a "blend my blush and bronzer into my face nicely" kind of product. I have a bare minerals duo that I absolutely love! So once I run out of that I'll probably stop using powders altogether 😂
I love the fitme powder for every day use! I have oily skin and it looks beautiful on my tzone (my oiliest part of my face). I use a light hand for the rest of my face or it can get dry/cakey if I don’t.
The fit me range is definitely designed more for oily skin. I really enjoy it 😊

Is the Huda tantour the same as the Chanel cream bronzer? In texture not necessarily color.
They are completely different in both texture, colour and pigmentation. Chanel is like a mousse to powder sheer bronzer and Huda is like a creamy, pigmented stick contour type product but in a pan.
