My 2003 E55 has been the most reliable BENZ I’ve ever owned out of 10 Benz’s/AMGs I’ve owned. No issues at all at 91k miles and I beat the crap out of it all the time lol. It’s FBO and tuned as well.
The reason I had to get rid of mine, one thing after another (152K miles). Having young kids, I didn't have time to keep it up. My 4 yo daughter shed a tear when I told her I sold the "black car" (E55).
usually the Lysholm SC is very reliable. I have 200k+ on mine and although ive changed oil around 140k for precautions, its been just as solid as can be and i run it hard.
I watched this video almost an hour ago, and then youtube went cuckoo on it, and I was just now able to get it back. Did you re-upload it? Anyway, cute kid. I bet she has you wrapped around her little finger already. 😂😅😅 I hope that oil change fixes the supercharger. That's a good-looking car. 😊 Ciao.
Hey there was a copyright issue on a song I had to mute so its editing. Ya she is amazing ! It seems as if the new bearing and supercharger oil change did the trick for now. I love this car the color is amazing and the features it has . Thanks for watching !
You bought a “cheap” high mileage E55. Of course it’s a money pit. Lol Nothing is more expensive than a cheap AMG. You can either pay up front by finding a good car or pay over time by fixing a neglected or abused car.

Ya at that mileage its just old age but they are still great cars
Yeah it just means you have to spend like 10k + in making everything run well. Then you can drive another 150k miles with no issues.

yes, Mobil Jet is the recommended oil
You should do a sound video, it should be illegal to own an e55 and not do one😅

How did you get the screw back in? I didn‘t manage… it is canted now but tight, with silicone sealing.

I knew what I was buying and it wasnt cheap , the car had stacks of records dealer maintained since day 1 but lets face it its a 19 year old car.
@@youngtimersgarage ok, well it sounded cheap based on the title of your prior video, “I bought a cheap W211 E55…”
Whats cheap to me may not be to others
Let me know if you want to sell it.
Ill be finishing sorting it and listening for sale soon
