Noraly, for the past 4 1/2 weeks I have been binge-watching Itcht Boots. From Season 1 to the present you have taken me on the most amazing ride of my life through so many places in this world. Although the rally in South Africa was exciting there are so many places you have ventured, so many sites you have seen and so many wonderful people you have met throughout your adventures I surely cannot pick a favorite. I am 80 years old and have seen much of the world but nothing like the wonderful adventures that you have allowed me to tag along. I do thank you so much for all your beautiful hard work and a wonderful way you seem to touch 99% of us. Stay safe and bless you. The Swabbie

I just started following her, but lucky me, I am living just 100 KM / 60 miles north of Creston, on 150 km / 90 mile long Kootenay Lake. I hope she checks out the beautiful, quiet highways along the long, pure, snow-fed lakes of the Kootenay District of southeastern British Columbia, pronounced koo-ten-ay, the Engish word version of the K'Tunaxa (K-tu-na-ha) Indigenous People. This area is in the Columbia Mountains, named after the huge river which starts here, and flows south into the USA. I don't know where she is now, but if she goes north along several large lakes and small historic silver mining towns and villages to the historic railway town of Revelstoke, she will join up with Highway #1, the Trans-Canada, which goes east through spectacular Rogers Pass in the Columbia Mountains and then into the world famous Rocky Mountain National Parks of Banff, Yoho, Kootenay and Jasper. By the way, Queen Victoria of Great Britain named the province after the British, or headwaters section, of the Columbia River, early explorers and fur traders actually traversed it in both directions in the early 1800's from it source near present day Jasper, Alberta, Canada fighting currents, rapids, sandbars, year-round snow-fed icy water, rain-forests and hot deserts for 2000 km / 1200 miles to Fort Astoria on the Pacific Ocean near present day Portland, Oregon, USA. Major hydro-electric dams now harness most of the water for power and flood control on both sides of the border.

Two broken arms a shattered ulna and displace elbow later I am back home recuperating. So be safe out there and scan for wild life all the time even in the middle of the day and going through cities. Stay off the pavement as much as possible until you learn how to really control your bike. You have to avoid the mistakes other drivers on the road make when driving. It won't matter who's in the wrong if you are looking down from heaven. Many motorcycle handling videos. Then practice, practice, practice.

@@Bob-Maplethorpe Hard to say about route she took to Alaska. Having lived in Northern BC , and knowing she likes dirt roads, there really is no way for her to go through BC and Yukon to get to Alaska without doing days and days of tarmac. The distances in the north are vast with few to no towns. The scenery on the Alaska Highway ( which starts in Dawson Creek BC) is world class spectacular. It will be interesting to see how this plays out both going to, and returning from, Alaska. I see one of her recent posts was marked as Brooks Alberta so I assume on her return trip she came back down through Alberta to Dinosaur Provincial Park and the badlands. Maybe she will travel east to the Maritimes and ship back to Europe or Africa?
