Of course the view is very nice, but for 10 million plus dollars the inside of the home could use a facelift on the next level above what's already been done. Cause it's obviously an older home, with a clean look, but still outdated. If someone were to put some money into remodeling the interior, it could definitely sell for more than 10 million.

I see where you are coming from. I think a modern home on the same street would go for over $12-14m which is a different price range
