Very creative appetizing tree.
I use all broccoli in the shape of a Christmas tree lying flat on a charcuterie board. Sliced mini red and yellow tomatoes for ball ornaments, orange, thin slices of bell peppers for garland, celery sticks for tree trunk and sliced small yellow peppers for a star.

I love it! I want to make one and take to my niece's house for Christmas. It looks like fun, and healthy too. I wasn't sure about this at first, but it turned out to be a hit. I did this one year with cauliflower as the snow, all kinds of veggies as ornaments, even a star cut out of a yellow pepper as a star on top. It didn't get eaten because it looked too nice! 😆🤦♀️

Nanny I have made a similar appetizer tree in the past but used varieties olives, small cubes of cheese and red and yellow tomatoes to decorate the tree. Yours turned out great! Will use the curly lettuce liner idea on my next attempt. Lots of love to you and Moosie❣️🎄❣️

Wow! I love it! Looks delicious too!😋 My daughter & I made a jewelry tree out of our old jewelry last year which was beautiful! Used a styrofoam cone and a glue gun! Had to break jewelry into pieces and fill in with small pieces and single stones!🥰
Oh Nanny, I love this idea!! I'm going to wrap foil around the styrofoam. Yess, you could make olive, pickle, peppers, tree or even a fruit tree with Marhmellow creamed cheese dip...or a white Marshmallow tree with a chocolate dip. Then put color Marshmallows to look like the ornaments, they have Unicorn marshmellows you cud use as the tree topper. Thanks for this idea/ recipie!!

What fun! I would have no place to store it, but iwould tackle this if I were doing any parties this year. Things have simply not worked out this year to do anything festive this year, but we will definitely do it next year. My dearest friends are all having health crisis in 2022. One is awaiting a kidney transplant so it is harder to assemble in a safe place. I purchased a whole lot of smaller cookie jars in years past. I bake cookies and make candies so that I can load them to deliver to the neighbors on Christmas Eve. If the neighbors bring the cookie jars to be reused next year, I will send them home with a bag of goodies in exchange for the returned jars. I am setting butter out to soften for the first batch. Thank you so much for these Vlogmas videos as I am enjoying them so much.

I admire your creativity. You would get a better result with regular short toothpicks. The veggies would be more accessible and you wouldn't have those long picks jutting out - - an eye hazard.
