Okay. Dead lobster in a overloaded tank is not at all uncommon. They do feed off themselves as well. Granted you need to clean the tank daily!. Not supporting the meals. However, the lobster tank is something that is expensive and hard to keep up in. We had one in a grocery store. Not fun to upkeep.

Like if a Lobster is dead before being dispatched is there like a disease that takes over the meat? Can someone explain this to me?
Lobster especially, but all seafood goes "off" very quickly compared to other proteins after death . It's hard to separate small seafood from it's bacteria when processing unless you wash it very very thoroughly which tends to wash much of the flavour away especially in a very delicately flavoured fish such as a Lobster. It is relatively easy to do with lamb and beef and somewhat with chicken, although chicken is another protein that can go sour quickly if not treated right !
Too contrived, too many camera angles and cast are picked to create conflict for tv. Used to be great when it was first aired as the uk show boiling point.
I don't feel any pity for these owners. They're lazy and the lack of experience shows. You should never open a restaurant with no experience. You should never put your hands on an employee. It's no surprise why this restaurant is no longer in business.
