Great video, really liked the format and editing. But please be careful about the volume levels when you transition from twitch recorded audio to the commentary over it - there is quite severe jump in volume levels, so whenever you transitioned I had to readjust the manually on watching the video. I would certainly like the followup vid as well!
Cant wait to see more of this game from you! I honestly thought this was going to be an MMORPG, or an MMO in a traditional sandbox or themepark style and not what it turned out to be, but i am postivily suprised how good it looks!
Good video, I feel a little sad for the people you killed too, since you're a skilled Battlerite player and they are scared helpless newbies. It is what it is, no mercy! Excited to see how raiding and anti-raiding works in this game, I've seen some bad things being said about it on reddit that it's too easy, but it's reddit, so I don't know if that's actually true Glad to see the success of V Rising, hoping a decent playerbase will stay after the hype fades and Stunlock will continue supporting and developing the game. So well polished and so full of content, very proud of them. Almost not salty about Battlerite anymore ;) Glad to see you back, Teldo
Thank you very much! Regarding raiding, it's not a great system right now. I think it still needs some work. It's too hard to raid during online hours and free when enemies are offline. I'm sure SLS will find some fixes for it though :)
Really looking forward to this beginner guide your talking about :). Still have no idea what this game is about or how your supposed to play it. ATM it just seams if I go to work I loose and can't catch up with the server. I am hoping I am just thinking to simply about it.
Really nice vid, loved to watch, i already knew all that stuff but still interesting, would love some pvp too, i havent found a fresh wiped full loot solo tho, so for now playing on regular pvp
1) I don't see a reason for the HP regen. If you need to preserve blood the Vermin potions are basically free. Otherwise Blood Mend is a lot faster. 2) Sun Resist seems pointless if you could move faster from shadow to shadow as a wolf instead. 3) Bear Q does not yield resources when you destroy things with it. it's only useful for destroying big rocks/ores if you need the space or for breaking into the bandit fortress
Stupid question: am I expecting too much when I pretty much only would want to PvP in this game? I've watched a few videos and many streamers playing this and the gameplay does not look action-oriented at all to me. Most of the time, I see players traveling, gathering and managing their base. Rarely do I see players fight bosses, which look alright, but I've yet to see a single PvP battle in like 10h of watching V Rising content.
I just finished editing a video that's pretty much only pvp. Hotbiscuit and I went on a merciless squad server and we only pvp'd without any grinding. It is possible, but punishing. There are also server settings to let everyone start with full lvl 70 gear etc. So you can definitely find some way to have a pvp oriented server. I think people will figure out different ways to play the game down the road
A dueling feature, or perhaps subjugation, where they're forced to pay a % of their resources made for the next 24 hours if they lose would be better than this senseless "lose everything" when killed.
I mean, if you don’t want that, just play a PvE or private server? Is not compulsory you have to play full hardcore PvP It seems like a sad reason to lose interest for that especially when a solution already existing in the game Play with people but no fighting each other aka can help each other Play on your own or with friends and explore the map/progression Play combat against other people but if dead keep your gear My point is, you have a lot of options
I hear you, it can be a punishing experience. There are lots of server settings and you could find a server that appeals to you. Like you could reduce how much durability your gear loses in pvp and disable raiding all together
@AAron is right, what you're looking at is "Merciless PVP" server, which is very, very , very punishing to play. Normal PVP servers are more playable, since you only lose your gathered materials(The ones you are carrying) and keep your gear. Merciless is just.. well.. merciless
ngl, I would watch all your uncut footage. Absolutely love watching the really long videos you have.
Watching while working. Definitely like this video. It helps me know what to expect starting on a solo!
Been waiting to see you play this, super excited!

You're right. I messed up and noticed it too late. Thanks for the feedback!
I wanted it to be a little louder, but it was definitely too loud
Been a long time since I saw you on youtube. Glad to see you again

It is a lot of fun! Definitely worth the 20 bucks if you ask me. You can get 30-60 hours out of the pve progression alone
love the v rising gameplay! learning tons from it
I'm happy you enjoy it!
I like the way you present the content was super cool, I am now lvl 84 on a PVP server but I still could learn something for my next run!
The only thing I've been looking forward to more than the release of V Rising is the return of Teldo.
Awww
Easy sub, i was looking for a great v rising content creator , just hit the gold mine... cant wait for more videos
Thank you so much! New videos coming soon

Subbing because you are insanely good at this game and I want to learn your ways!
Thank you very much!

Thank you! PvP video is coming out tomorrow!
Hey, great video just wanted to ask how u quick access the wolf form?
Really good video!
I'm glad you liked it!
You said bear form is useless.... you dont like the hp regen? and the fast resourse node colletion? nor the sun resist?
1) I don't see a reason for the HP regen. If you need to preserve blood the Vermin potions are basically free. Otherwise Blood Mend is a lot faster.

A dueling feature, or perhaps subjugation, where they're forced to pay a % of their resources made for the next 24 hours if they lose would be better than this senseless "lose everything" when killed.
The "lose everything" is an optional feature. The vast majority of servers won't make you drop your equipment
35:00 Why feel bad? They're playing a full loot pvp server and they don't even try to fight back. They shouldn't be there, period.
the fact other people can destroy/take your stuff in this just makes the game so unappealing. i've lost all interest i had
I mean, if you don’t want that, just play a PvE or private server?
