    Thank you for acknowledging the new year struggles. It's hard to watch people post highlights, it can feel like they're gloating when really they're just celebrating and acknowledging the fact they had a great year. I felt 2021 was not my year and I'm scared because I don't know what the outcome will be for the treatments I will be trying this year. I don't like having so many unknowns. I am yet to find a good doctor. I'm rooting for you Rach, I hope all goes well in Florida!💜

      Having all those unknowns can be so scary, especially when so much is on the line with your health. I really hope you find some healing in 2022, but if not, I hope you can make the most of whatever life looks like. Thank you for your kind words! Rooting for you, as well!

So excited about and your trip and about the possibilities it holds I really truly hope that this changes your life and I am looking forward to seeing more content from you, these are things that I have been wanting to talk about as well as I feel they need to be talked about but it's so hard with lack of capacity to do them I will be praying for your trip and travels and treatment sending much love to you

      #joyamidstsuffering #redemptivesuffering have really been so important to me this last year. Going into 2022 with just as much optimism as I had in 2021 pre surgery, but definitely know that between POTS, MCAS, SIH, secondary tether, etc a lot still needs to be addressed. (Thankfully my neurosurgeon doesn't think lower instability is an issue for me)

      @@HealingWithRachael thanks for answering, I am in contact with CARING MEDICAL, but they were concerned that stress was going to get in the way due to my husband, you are so lucky your husband has your back but 47 years of marriage with the last 20 years searching for a solution for my head pain and paying out over 100,000.00 with our own money my husband is very skeptical, I can’t blame him, but he shouldn’t blame me for trying, as I’m sure you well know it, it is very hard to live with chronic pain. All the best to you and I know Dr Hauser will be able to help you, but remember you might have to have PROLOTHERAPY every 4 to 6 weeks for a few months for it to work, so hang in there. At least I’m lucky that I live in Miami so I can drive there, much easier than you.

    Hello Rachael, when lyme treatment didn't help anymore you should propably switch to bartonella treatment because this infection causes the most damage in the connective tissue especially around the neck.

    • @HealingWithRachael
      @HealingWithRachael  2 роки тому

      thanks for sharing! i was doing bartonella treatment actually. it’s my most severe infection!

    Good luck with your travel & treatments in Fl. Question for everyone: I am scheduled to get a standing MRI done next week. It's very far away and short nortice. Is this something that you've found necessary to have done?

      Hi there! Thank you so much. Upright MRIs can definitely be useful (from what I've learned), but I think digital motion x-rays if done right can show instability more clearly. Upright MRIs are typically not as high quality of image, etc. But of course I am not an expert at all! Wishing you the best!
