Depending on how fast the lady was caught going she just turned a warning or traffic ticket into being arrested, damage to the car, towing fees, plus having her photo and fingerprints on file and probably a note attached to her ID warning any officer that comes into contact with her in future....silly bloody woman. The shame is that it's not just happening in America but people here in Australia are seeing the "performances" put on overseas and then thinking that what they see on the internet, (laws, rights, responsibilities, sovereign citizen rights, etc) applies here. It's a crazy world we live in where people do the opposite of what the written law says, actually record themselves doing it and then try to say they didn't do anything wrong. Here in New South Wales the computer tests that have to be passed by learners and provisional drivers are starting to include questions about what the law says a driver must do when stopped by police and using scenarios like this woman as examples of what not to do. Blessings from South Eastern Australia, Dot
It sounds like you're reflecting on a pretty frustrating trend where some people, influenced by online content, believe they can challenge the laws as they see fit. It's unfortunate when individuals not only put themselves at risk but also exacerbate the situation for others, including law enforcement. In many cases, those who engage in such behavior, like the woman you described, often overlook the fact that laws are in place for public safety and order. The consequences of their actions can lead to significant personal repercussions, as you noted-from arrest to ongoing legal issues and impacts on their records. It's interesting to hear that New South Wales is incorporating such scenarios into the driver education programs. Teaching new drivers about the importance of compliance with law enforcement is crucial. It could prevent them from making similar costly mistakes when faced with police interaction. Unfortunately, with the rise of social media and the "performance" culture, some individuals may seek attention or validation in ways that endanger their own safety or break the law. It does create a challenging environment for everyone.

The cop responded, "Then you should know that you can't catch em all." We died laughing, and my brother took his ticket like a man. 😂

Lol all my tickets were written for going slower than I was cause I always have just pulled over and taken my ticket every time lights have been behind me.
That’s why they tell you remain silent lol
