How To Sew A Rope Bowl Adding Fabric

- This is a simple tutorial on how to sew a rope basket. You can use them for many things and it would make a great homemade gift. Design it the way you want it. The sewing machine has no problem sewing them together. You just feed the rope through. So fun! Get creative. I would love to hear in the comments projects you are working on. So glad you stopped by. Thank you for watching!

Nice job love the Star. Hello fellow UA-camr.
Hello! Thank you it was a fun project. So glad you stopped by. 🥰
Perhaps you could widen your zig zag stitch?
That is s good idea, thanks!
I think some kind of gloves or finger tip grippers would help with the turning of the rope ! I’ve been watching several of your videos, your hands look like mine , rough materials don’t help any !
Thanks for the tip!
Great, I've learnt how to this, I've also learnt how not to do this.
Beautiful but I think I’m going to double cut the fabric so it’s the same on inside and out Thank you
Great idea! Thank you for watching! 🥰
Keep it real
Thank you! I sure will. 🥰
Why is there no sound?
I am watching it now and I have sound. Not sure what went wrong. Maybe go out and come back in.
Do you sew right in the middle of the rope?
I catch the edge of both ropes. I’m always amazed how easy my machine sews through it.
How many feet of rope do you think it took?
I didn’t measure it. That is a good idea though, next time I need to do that. Thank you for watching.
@sweetcountrylivinginmichigan
Do you kinda kinda remember how many skeins did you use ? Newbie here 😊
@@melanietannertaylor0401 less than 100 ft. 😉I’m pretty sure. Good luck and thanks for the question.
Why do you keep back stitches
I keep missing the rope, or I miss connecting the two together. I should of cut that out, I am trying to take out the over added stuff in my future videos. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching!
