Glad to see you back here doing another video on Kuching property. Always a pleasure listening to your explanation and wish list for the project. And good to do comparison on East West Malaysia G&G project. I really like what EcoWorld has achieved in West Malaysia projects. Please do more on the other Kuching projects so that there's good comparison for the consumers. BTW, how could a project can be 50% booked before its launch? That's my frustration on Kuching projects.

I would say I am one of the wanted a gated community landed concept unfortunate the price is to overprice. Then again the housing pricing in Sarawak has been raising to high vs the local income to even afford housing anymore.

in sarawak 60 years lease are stardard yet ridiculous prices, worse properties on swampy land. unlike klang valley, even in klcc area can get freehold properties & faster appreciation

Fck, that's expensive for a leasehold.
    920K for a terrace house.
That would take an engineer 15 years salary...assuming he/she doesn't eat etc!
I think the government has lost its mind.

This is illegal gated and guarded aka not a gated and guarded scheme. Not regulated by authority in sarawak

Well I spent hours dealing with lawyers and real estate professionals when I was there. It seems like it's very similar to our RA in Peninsular.

    Hey,
    I really like your videos.
Do you have a plan to create "Top X properties" video at the end of each year?

Guess Arang Road West sells better than off Batu Kawa. On the positive side, really hope that there will be alternative roads to ease the already jam Jln Batu Kawa.

Batu Kawa = Flood, Batu Kawa Road = Traffic Jam, ha ha ha
Btw, govt doesnt HAVE TO renew leasehold. They can take it back and do whatever they want with it
