That's something I never understood in these cases. Like, just STFU until she asks you something! She's not going to make up her decision immediately after hearing the other's account. You'll get your chance, just be patient. Has there ever been an instance where someone talked when not allowed to by the judge, and that somehow made them win the case? Speaking when you're not asked to makes you look like a Kindergartner who keeps trying to answers questions without being asked. AND, you're just going to annoy her and that could probably make her decision not in your favor.

When you file for small claims court, the incident is written out WAY before Judge Judy ever sees it. That is how she knows if they are changing their story or not. I live in Oregon and filed a claim for my high school daughter getting injured from a prank from a boy. Judge Judy's team reached out to us to appear on her show, but the parents took responsibility for his actions and we worked it out.

This was a dog that knew her . I 100% agree that dogs aren't the same as children. I have a few scary dog stories and while I'm a cat person i don't hate dogs. The dog tried to bite me once on my arm while I was walking through her yard but couldn't get a good grip so he tried to get a grip on my butt . Luckily for me my exs step dad came out and yelled at the dog and the dog stopped . If he hadn't done that I would of been in trouble. Another time I walked in and my ex mil exclaimed " he's getting to know you he didn't even bark " she didn't even realize the dog was growling low but still growling . I trust my dog. I can stick my whole hands in his mouth, play rough, administer eye drops that he hates without any fear at all.
But i would never risk trusting him around someone he doesn't live with without being under my control. The most docile dog can be set off by the most random thing.

Excellent job Mrs. Jenkins!! She then provided further comfort by placing her hands lovingly on his face. Robert could’ve died. She should’ve received a reward from the principal & the mayor for saving Robert’s life.

I hate it when Judge Judy asks questions but directs how she wants the litigant to answer, and if litigant answers in a way that does not fit Judge Judy's understanding of what she thinks happened, she cuts them off.

Judge Judy's dealt with A LOT of liars and some use the same pattern of speech when trying to manipulate testimony to make themselves look like the innocent party. When she sees that pattern, she stops it dead in its tracks. Sometimes she gets it wrong, but the vast majority of the time she assesses it accurately. If you watch enough Judge Judy, you'll start picking up on it yourself

I'm not sure but I think it takes a good while for the data to download. So there might be a wait while part 2 downloads. OTOH I cant imagine YT doesn't have an option to hold an episode as a timed release to coincide with the others. Perhaps a YT creator who does this for a living can address our questions.
