Brave of the camera man to stand downrange like that

I shoot rifle prone, I use a sling and jacket (stenvaag)
I am right handed and dominant right eye, sling is on left and trigger finger is right.
Being long in prone my left shoulder front starts to hurt, or my elbows become hurtfull.
What are tips to avoid this?
