Love your videos guys. Really helpful. Can you PLEASE also do one showing how to remove the EGR Valve, on an Evoque/F.Lander 2.2L engine. Or at least where it is and some pointers on how to remove it. It’s quite a common fault. Would be ever so helpful. Cheers!
Mine isn't gone full piglet, but what is that long beeping sound? A servo then moves, and the beeping sound resumes.. a few times until it falls to rest when the servo moves a last time.
You were talking over the high pitched noise from the throttle body after changing it but it could still be heard. So is that noise normal? I'm not the first person to ask this question (see below) but not a dicky bird from you. I know it's been 8 years but any chance you could answer the question?

No - that is a different part.
Great stuff you are doing- isn‘t it necessary to calibrate the throttle?
I did not and it runs better with the new throttle than the broken one.... maybe it will be a tiny be better with calibration.... but is it worth it ?
powerfulukltd i don’t know- still suffering of the limp Mode- First DPF and now the silent throttle- really mess:(
Just to add that it's now such a common fault you can just buy the replacement gears for £12 on eBay
