Good morning from India Dr Huberman. Thank you for your amazing work. I have been practicing meditation for 37 years and I usually have an extraordinary energy. But I had a retinal detachment operation 1 month ago, since then I have difficulty meditating, concentrating as if my whole brain, my perception is disorganized. I am able to release all the nervous tensions I feel, but it never stays stable. Do you have any suggestion to make me feel less handicapped in my daily life?
Thank you for this… pulling yourself into the dustmote we seem to be always has a chilling effect… and an appreciative one at the same time… perceptive lil dust mote💫
@@Hardworker-h8m gauthama buddha himself told that he had inherited a lot of hindu related practices. Also hindu dharma is thousands of years older than buddhism. It does not mean one religion is superior to another. Hinduism is a very vast religion and has focus on various aspects of life like karma, artha, kama and moksha. Whereas buddhism is focused on moksha alone. since you told "get some knowlege", i will suggest you to check out the book vigyan bhairava tantra, which is a hindu book and it has all the meditations which were mentioned by the buddha and also the book is much older than buddhism.
Its better to say It's Indian thing. The Yogic practice started in Indus valley (a non aryan civilization) in modern day Pakistan -India) But only Indians (Hindus, buddhist,Jains) still follow the tradition.

Maybe give thanks for the info instead of just bitching and telling others what to do. Nobody likes people that get a kick of sniffing their own farts
Seems you have no idea of religious origins@@Hardworker-h8m
