Just feels like the cycle is just going to continue with Utd until the squad itself is addressed and stronger minded and more professional players are added into the fold. I can see Ruben Amorim starting off pretty well and Utd going on a decent run with the fans all getting hyped up again and starting to believe in the new "project". imo most players have great basic skillsets. They have the stamina and can pass solid. What actually builds the team is mentality and team atmosphere. Sure some players can clutch the game with their own skills on their own, but most of the goals are teamwork, vision, and mentality

He then kept them up finishing 15th.

Unfortunately the mainstream media is a massive part of the problem. They like to highlight individual players because of today's celebrity culture that many people go along with. This sets the wrong example to young players. So it makes it more difficult for managers to get players to focus on being part of a team.
