I love this series! It's really speaking to me because I'm typesetting a family recipe book and I want to add pictures. Photography is intimidating because the upfront cost seems high and I don't think I have any intuition for it, but these videos have given me some familiarity and confidence that it's something I could actually do
Thank you for being so informative. I’m very happy to watch this video. I learned a lot. I’m not a novice. I shoot photography and video. I really like how you explained everything. It’s important to be thorough. Thank you so much.
Yes girl! Show us how it's done! Your photos are always so gorgeous 😍😍😍😍😍😍 thank you for sharing this information with us in such an understandable and simple way!
@@EastMeetsKitchen a Sony a6400. Still learning .......seams it good for vlogging I like taking photos in. Stonehaven Scotland ,,,,,,,,,,I could maybe take some food photos 😀👍👍👍👍
This is Sooo Helpful! I've never used flash before and like to take food pictures on my kitchen counter for IG, but have been trying to figure out what the best lighting and setup I can do to take better pictures. Hoping to try this soon! I have a Godox flash but going to try out the trigger too. Now just to figure out what kind of diffuser I need. So confused. :P If that's the right term?? Whatever that thing is that goes over the flash that's on a stand.
@@EastMeetsKitchen @East Meets Kitchen That's the most insightful and helpful photography tip I've heard regarding light. So simple and takes the stress and confusion out of it. Thank you! I'll checkout the video. 😊 - Oh, same person here btw. That's weird, Just realized I was replying from a different account. 😉. So, I don't have a continuous light and needed one for food photography and video. Budget is ideally under $100, but up to $200 if really necessary. Would you suggest one big light and suffix or 3 light kit? Or any videos you could suggest. I feel like I've watched them all but still overwhelmed. So many different light types out there, then there's CRI, and softbox types
So happy I found this video! 🙏
