One of my favorite back cracking "Position" is that you start lying on your back, prop one leg up and place your foot as near to your bottom as possible and let your propped up leg fall towards the opposite side, as far as possible while your arms lie flat on the ground in a T-Pose.

Keeping your left leg as still as possible, move your right leg torwards your left palm, imagine you're gonna try to put your foot in your hand. Repeat with the other side. Always cracks my back really well

Like bicycle ones but more for gym. A new hairtie/scrunchie that can transform into a headband!! A new top cause my work-out tops are really annoying and sticky aspecially when im sweaty! And they are really tight! No matter which ones I try! Maybe you could design a new pair of shorts too! These are just some ideas! Doesn't mean you have to make these :)) Lysm!! Keep up with these great videos!! Sorry if I have grammar mistakes!!
