is there a big difference between the ps vita version and ps3 version. Like songs or outfits. i remember with Project diva f there was a difference with songs and outfits

Depends how good you are or want to be and how much time you have. If you don't have much time and don't care to be a pro then I would choose whichever game has more songs you like in them, but F 2nd is way more challenging with more songs and edit mode so you basically have infinite songs. The main reasons that people were disappointed in X was that Miku had waaaay too many songs, there weren't many songs, it was too easy, no edit mode and all song PVs are just dancing instead of stories. X added some good things, though: because of the dancing-only PVs you can change the background for them which can look really cool (in my opinion); all modules from f, F 2nd and F 2nd DLC songs except Sakine Meiko which is in a cheap DLC along with Teto, Neru and Haku; lots of songs which weren't in previous DIVA games; medleys and festivals. X also added a very small, unimportant and unimpressive story which you can ignore if you want but it sets a goal so people like me who just play the hard songs tend to play the slower songs as well which was a bit refreshing. The only advice I could give is look at the song lists and if you like playing lots of different songs, harder songs, etc. then F 2nd is for you, while if you're a casual player X may be better. Personally I liked both but I find myself going back to F 2nd often which I never found with going back to f. I hadn't heard of the new F 2nd with all DLC included though; where did you hear that from?

Project diva f includes so very classic songs from the original project diva for psp. If you just want the newest and greatest, I would recommend getting the Project Diva X.

You want to know what really sucks? I had to import a copy of Project Diva f for the Vita from Japan, because only you guys got a physical copy and we got digital for vita. I don't do this digital only BS

I can barely pass the normal levels as well a couple years ago. I think you just have to believe yourself on the beats. :)
***** Not to mention, Dream Fever in 2nd Dimension and the Intense Song of Hatsune Miku are the toughest 2 songs to beat in EXTREME difficulty.
