Any cab that is not on it; is either on a private online server or has been modified to run offline and will have never gotten the database update to disable Ghost Rule in the first place.

Which you have to go to sega to do. The only way to modify and anything with the game is to make a new pc with copy of the game. And makeing the game embedded with windows 10 or the windows that it uses in the cabinet. And that all. You dont need to buy expensive pc since this game doesn't need much graphic memory and etc. Unless you want to go 4k the sure go for like GTX 1660/rtx 2060. Or GTX 1060/1070(recommend because graphics use the pastel cards not turning.)

I know this is old but I came back to it because my friends and I went to an arcade and they just so happened to have project diva future tone there and my god it was so hard compared to the controller. Instead of square I’d hit triangle and I would constantly mess up but hey it was fun lol
I just know arcade is so much harder than controller. Especially cause you cant two hand the faster parts, and holds are much harder. Plus no macros. So this is just EXTRA skillful

Ghost Rule was removed last year due to the license for the song ended a few month ago. Sega could have renewed the license, but I have no idea why they don't want to do that. Moreover, since this only affects the Arcade and not the console port, so this doesn't have much of an impact since most players will be playing on PS4/Switch and rarely on Arcade. Unless, there are players who doesn't have access to either PS4/Switch and just plays on the Arcade version instead.

@@MrPieGuyy1234 depends on the arcade. Some of them don't want to deal with coins, so they'd glue up the coin slot and only accept the card.
Everytime Hiso is in the arcade i think of the scene from Lucky Star when Konata enters and everyone fears her
