You're not the only one that who was eyeing that Monster Force Dracula because I was thinking the same way of it being the definitive look of what Drac should look.
We can hope that they will look as good as these 3D renders. All the accessories they come with have a ton of different uses for them. Looking forward to finding out what the actual product looks like!
There is no “better”. There’s stuff you like, stuff I like, stuff other people like - some that cross over and that’s it. I’m very intrigued by this line, and as I cherry pick Legends, Classified and AF, this will be no different. I’m very impressed with the amount of accessories and the fact that (like AF) I can retcon/revise/headcanon certain characters for my own collection. I do hope that by the time in hand photos roll around that the articulation is tweaked. Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺

They had them displayed at Designercon 2022. They look pretty legit. 😃 I only pre-ordered the one you liked as well. The Delta red nocturnal trooper. I'm planning to display him without the shoulder armor and face plate.
Yes had to test the waters I preordered the vampire trooper only… Designercon has a video on them in display they look so sick! Paint apps are out of this world!
I got one of Fresh Monkey Fictions 1/18 (4") Eagle Force RIOT troopers and it's FANTASTIC. The detail and articulation in such a small figure is amazeballs. I've got a bunch of the 1/18 Monster Force on pre-order as they have parts to convert them into modern Red Shadows troopers which are going to go with my Roboskull Mk 2 when it arrives. I'm stoked for the 1/12 Sleepwalker Troopers. The dieselpunk style is my jam - I'm not that into modern military. 3POA is doing a stream that should include their thoughts on these new figures. I'm really interested to hear what Bobby Vala thinks of them. Like you said, no reason you can't mix and match to however your collection suits your personal head canon.
I don't think they have thigh swivel. I'm glad that you pointed that out because I pre-ordered damn near all of them because of the multiple accessories. I just looked at the description and it says "over 20 points of articulation". So more than likely they'll be 22 like McFarlane figures. It'll still work for me
It’s weird cuz this new line looks like it was designed by the same people who designed Action Force with Bobby. So should be interesting. I think there’s plenty of room for these more independent lines as people get more and more fed up with Hasbro or are finishing up certain collections from Hasbro. Its good to see that they’re keeping along with the prices set by Action Force. My only issue is the price for Dracula. He doesnt need a lot of fancy accessories beyond a sword and clawed hands, but it would have been cool to see him come with blood effects.
The peg ins on the vests look exactly like Marauder task force figs. Thankfully they do have thigh swivel , but I much prefer the mid torso ball of action force over the ab crunch these have.
I was just thinking the same thing.... this is the absolute best time ever to be a action figure collector. So many options and always more on the horizon.
It's also a crazy expensive time to be a collector. I've been collecting since '92 and these last 2 years have been more expensive than all of the 90s combined... Cuz it's all so sick...

Happy thanksgiving dude. The only OMF figure I’m going for is the Dracula. It looks great to me and I think I can make a decent Castlevania Drac custom. I figure it shouldn’t look too different in hand. Since I only collect select figures from all 6 inch lines I’m not too worried about the “this is better than this” argument personally.

Is the exact reason I passed on Action Force. I’m not into traditional military figures. Unless they have a huge sci fi/Fantasy element. If the qc and articulation are on this line is going to be so nice imo. I love the military blended with fantasy look just for a change of pace. Ordered doubles of everything besides the white suit guy i dont see fitting in my collection.
These are made by the same people who do the eagle force 4 20th Anniversary figures that include Action Force red shadow inspired figures , but have still not been released & have estimate arrivals but back to end of next year from this year and I don't know if they 've ever shown anything more than renders of them !!
This line will give me a vampire for Union Jack to hunt, a villain for Moonknight with that pharaoh fig and some hydra foot soldiers. They will come in handy but no way replaces my modern military Valaverse .
I'm going to keep an eye on this line because this line's Sleepwalkers look good. If they come out good, I'm adding them to my Cobra troops. I'll use them as gas troopers/chemical warfare troopers.
The renders look great and I do love the idea of having different groups of compatible figures for setting scenes, not that my lazy ass has been doing any of that lately. Just the cost of these is a little out of my range right now
If you check Fresh Monkey Fiction's website they have a tease of characters in wave 2 looks like we have Bigfoot with an ammo belt so probably the heavy in the group, a dude with wraps and goggles so probably the Invisible Man, a mysterious hooded masked person (could be a female) and a brain in a liquid helmet on a robot body. Also because you kept bringing up Mythic Legions would you consider making a video on what figures you are most excited to get in the new Necronominus Wave
The Delta Red Urban troopers look like a Classified version of the Cobra Range Vipers. I ordered three of those. I ordered Van Helsing, Dracula, and a Delta Red Nocturnal trooper too. Dracula is going with my Marvel Legends since Hasbro hasn't made a Dracula yet. Van Helsing is going to be displayed with the Joes. If I really like those, then I might get into the rest of the line.
Great vid Ninja! You made great points as well. Collectors are always trying to get sh*t stirred up, lol. No line has to be better than another. Like you said we can collect both and enjoy both. These look pretty dope though and hopefully there is a thigh swivel. With the thought put into these so far, i think there will be. Definitely a great time to be a collector and to be able to see people with actual ideas and love for figures making their own product. Looking closer you can definitely see a thigh swivel on the Van Helsing dude, right above his leg holsters and on the Crimson Guard looking guys you can see the design patch on the upper outer thigh askew because of the thigh being turned.

The best thing about GI Joe is the fact that it is highly science fiction as well as military. This new monster Force line will fit in perfectly with GI Joe. You can definitely see the Joe's going up against an army of vampires. I can definitely see Cobra Commander trying to persuade Dracula into joining forces to take over the world. I can definitely see Dracula and Serpentor getting into an argument over superiority. I can definitely see action force joining forces with the Joe's to take down the vampires as well as the Aliens. This is definitely a great time to be collecting 6-in figures. Even though at roughly $40 a figure that really hurts the army building aspect. But hell, I got 25 python patrol figures coming over the weekend. 😏
No matter what this is a huge positive as competition drives innovation and the toy industry could definitely use some competition and definitely needs more innovation.

These new action figures have made me add now 12 figure lines to my future collecting. I think I will now have to stop myself from adding anymore figure lines and since I just started collecting 2023 it will be fun collecting.
These remind me of the mcfarlane darktide line of warhammer figs, but obviously at a smaller scale, more posablity, more accessories, etc. I'm sure by the time these are out, the darktide figs will have been on sale so I could get some troop built (at an even *_better price_* than the $20 that Todd has been slapping the competition with). Since people will have vid reviews on them, I'm patient enough to "wait and see" before putting these in a p.o.l..
I believe someone already mentioned these lack articulation 20 point vs 30 and where there is no articulation on these figures. I welcome them because they can help keep the cost down and maybe improve on the articulation and be used for kitbash. I agree with your points tho.
Great video .. Fresh monkey fiction has a great 4” line Eagle Force etc these are up scale of their 4” line they have veteran toy makers involved I believe the factory is also the same factory that lines you mentioned have been produced. They also own the COPS license along with a ton of independent comic characters. I wanted a Diesel Punk/ SplatterPunk line forever. Chris G from 4H works with Fresh Monkey Fiction.
This line I have some hope for especially if the articulation comes close to Action Force I'd be happy to have to cross team adventures and excited for the potential Werewolves

I preordered x4 Sleepwalker Heavy Weapons Division. I think They would work well as Latvarian Soldiers. For what you get with these i think the price isnt bad. Lets hope the articulation is their

I'm hyped for the monster force line. Same company that released the naughty and nice Christmas figures. Also Chris from 4hm is overlooking a lot of fresh monkey fiction lines. Which is why you get that 4hm feeling.
Usually I agree with you 100% but here we have to slightly disagree. You can't say Valaverse is more traditional military figures. You can say that 50% of Valaverse is traditional but Kerak with that Medevil helmet and a whole slew of bad guys dressed like giant Bees?... and wave 2 with the Garrison Calvery helmets?... and with the GI JOE line bringing in characters like Bazooka wearing a football Jersey and really jumping the shark with Serpentor and EVERYTHING CobraLa related. GI Joe specifically was going sci-fi. I think anyone who says there figure will be better is getting ahead of the game but I think most people really wanted your opinion of 1. The concept of the line in your opinion. 2 Compatability with other lines (the main villain in this line looks like a good villain for Moonknight) 3. Value in your opinion 4. The idea of BBTS getting into the action figure line. 5. Longevity of the line. Most of which you covered. For me I can see these mixing with the Nazi Nightmare demons from American Werewolf in London and I'm definately putting them with my old Major Maxim from the Danger Girl line.
I hear u and thats how you feel what i mean when i say traditional doesn't change based on a spartan helmet or a futuristic bee outfit they are all just regular humans not even enhanced strength this is literally monsters so that's what i mean. Otherwise line looks promising hopefully it will be good.
Like you said, we don't have these figures, so we can't compare. But the shots provided look really good and they have a lot of accessories at a decent price. But its natural for people to compare them to valaverse and classified because they are the same size and same style, though this is more fantasy based as you mentioned. Classified is the standard for these type of military style figures and they have the name brand and nostalgia factor.
Would like to get my hands on the Dracula and Forgotten King figures. Maybe I'll get the Creatureplica's Louisana Rougarou figure as well. All I need now is a Frankenstein Monster type figure.
My biggest concern with this one is they have a HUGE number of figures revealed and taking preorders for. With delivery well over a year out. With a crap ton of Army Builders. All before anyone has laid hands on these. So no idea on build quality etc? I confess I pre-ordered a few. That Brain dude I just gotta have. As well as the combat gear Invisible Man and "We Promise Not FrankenSchteen". The various soldiers look so cool. But to put them all up at once? Yeah that's gonna be a hard pass for now. Normally for troopers I like at least 2-3 for photos or to give the illusion of an Army. But not with 12 different Army Builders wave 1. I also really wish somebody could give us Hellboy/BPRD figures in this style and size. C'mon man! I already have the 1/12th Garbage Truck. Yoink. Gonna snag these up. My reasons, 1 imagination is it a new concept to have monster force/ howling commando BUT it's modern. 2 what we use to call shooter preference on yer kit set up. Joe's have come along way but some wpn set up and kits just don't work for me. 3 Yoooo these dudes with a lil imagination can fit in with val/joes/marvel. That one dude looks like he fights moonknight on the regular, or Red skull loved dipping into the occult. Troop builders to fight blade ala blade 2 lol. I welcome it because it's something different than a rehash or trip down memory lane or ninjas just give them ninjas. Love my Joe's and now picky with marvel. But Val and these dudes, they get my support. Again at least for me.
Well I have serpentor right now. LOL if only Hasbro put effort into all their joes like that. I feel like serpentor is figure of the year. So with this new line the only thing that makes me not think that with them being better then Valaverse...is that ab crunch. Valaverse has that rotating one that they mastered. That alone makes then super poseable. But I need to see the girls. That's the key here. Maybe lines can seem to get female articulation that great. I mean overseas like Mafex do. But i don't know. Your right. we have too see more then renders. Also yes I'm more straight Military. Granted Serpentor gives me a little room to do some weird stuff. Kamakura to me is a rip off. I agree that based on the "renders", these figures are nice but with the current financial climate, they're approaching $40 and to be honest, that's cut off territory for me. I may cherry pick this line but I don't see myself collecting that many of them. Legends are hit or miss for me and Classifieds remains the cheapest (although not by much) in the game. Time will tell I guess 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️

These new action figures have made me add now 12 figure lines to my future collecting. I think I will now have to stop myself from adding anymore figure lines and since I just started collecting 2023 it will be fun collecting.

These remind me of the mcfarlane darktide line of warhammer figs, but obviously at a smaller scale, more posablity, more accessories, etc.
I'm sure by the time these are out, the darktide figs will have been on sale so I could get some troop built (at an even *_better price_* than the $20 that Todd has been slapping the competition with). Since people will have vid reviews on them, I'm patient enough to "wait and see" before putting these in a p.o.l..
I believe someone already mentioned these lack articulation 20 point vs 30 and where there is no articulation on these figures. I welcome them because they can help keep the cost down and maybe improve on the articulation and be used for kitbash. I agree with your points tho.
Great video .. Fresh monkey fiction has a great 4” line Eagle Force etc these are up scale of their 4” line they have veteran toy makers involved I believe the factory is also the same factory that lines you mentioned have been produced. They also own the COPS license along with a ton of independent comic characters. I wanted a Diesel Punk/ SplatterPunk line forever. Chris G from 4H works with Fresh Monkey Fiction.

I preordered x4 Sleepwalker Heavy Weapons Division. I think They would work well as Latvarian Soldiers. For what you get with these i think the price isnt bad. Lets hope the articulation is their
I think they look good. If I get any they'll be put into the action force / classified crew. Never know what's out there in the dark. Things do go bump in the night

I'm hyped for the monster force line. Same company that released the naughty and nice Christmas figures. Also Chris from 4hm is overlooking a lot of fresh monkey fiction lines. Which is why you get that 4hm feeling.

Usually I agree with you 100% but here we have to slightly disagree. You can't say Valaverse is more traditional military figures. You can say that 50% of Valaverse is traditional but Kerak with that Medevil helmet and a whole slew of bad guys dressed like giant Bees?... and wave 2 with the Garrison Calvery helmets?... and with the GI JOE line bringing in characters like Bazooka wearing a football Jersey and really jumping the shark with Serpentor and EVERYTHING CobraLa related. GI Joe specifically was going sci-fi.
I think anyone who says there figure will be better is getting ahead of the game but I think most people really wanted your opinion of 1. The concept of the line in your opinion. 2 Compatability with other lines (the main villain in this line looks like a good villain for Moonknight) 3. Value in your opinion 4. The idea of BBTS getting into the action figure line. 5. Longevity of the line. Most of which you covered. For me I can see these mixing with the Nazi Nightmare demons from American Werewolf in London and I'm definately putting them with my old Major Maxim from the Danger Girl line.
I hear u and thats how you feel what i mean when i say traditional doesn't change based on a spartan helmet or a futuristic bee outfit they are all just regular humans not even enhanced strength this is literally monsters so that's what i mean. Otherwise line looks promising hopefully it will be good.

Like you said, we don't have these figures, so we can't compare. But the shots provided look really good and they have a lot of accessories at a decent price. But its natural for people to compare them to valaverse and classified because they are the same size and same style, though this is more fantasy based as you mentioned. Classified is the standard for these type of military style figures and they have the name brand and nostalgia factor.

My biggest concern with this one is they have a HUGE number of figures revealed and taking preorders for. With delivery well over a year out. With a crap ton of Army Builders. All before anyone has laid hands on these. So no idea on build quality etc? I confess I pre-ordered a few. That Brain dude I just gotta have. As well as the combat gear Invisible Man and "We Promise Not FrankenSchteen". The various soldiers look so cool. But to put them all up at once? Yeah that's gonna be a hard pass for now. Normally for troopers I like at least 2-3 for photos or to give the illusion of an Army. But not with 12 different Army Builders wave 1. I also really wish somebody could give us Hellboy/BPRD figures in this style and size. C'mon man! I already have the 1/12th Garbage Truck.
Edit; I just noticed they have a blue Zombie Trooper that looks like it would make a great blue beret'd Cobra Zombie

Hey man it looks like there is a thigh swivel I thought I seen it in the one of the figures you showed but you can see it in some of the pictures the way their legs turned it has to have thigh swivel. But you never know 👍
Yoink. Gonna snag these up. My reasons, 1 imagination is it a new concept to have monster force/ howling commando BUT it's modern. 2 what we use to call shooter preference on yer kit set up. Joe's have come along way but some wpn set up and kits just don't work for me. 3 Yoooo these dudes with a lil imagination can fit in with val/joes/marvel. That one dude looks like he fights moonknight on the regular, or Red skull loved dipping into the occult. Troop builders to fight blade ala blade 2 lol. I welcome it because it's something different than a rehash or trip down memory lane or ninjas just give them ninjas. Love my Joe's and now picky with marvel. But Val and these dudes, they get my support. Again at least for me.

Well I have serpentor right now. LOL if only Hasbro put effort into all their joes like that. I feel like serpentor is figure of the year. So with this new line the only thing that makes me not think that with them being better then Valaverse...is that ab crunch. Valaverse has that rotating one that they mastered. That alone makes then super poseable. But I need to see the girls. That's the key here. Maybe lines can seem to get female articulation that great. I mean overseas like Mafex do. But i don't know. Your right. we have too see more then renders. Also yes I'm more straight Military. Granted Serpentor gives me a little room to do some weird stuff. Kamakura to me is a rip off. And I can't wait till sunday. I caught Outback in stock at target and gtt one in time. Comes sunday. Still getting the retro colored. But screw it..I am gonna go for all Tigerforce and set that up.
I agree that based on the "renders", these figures are nice but with the current financial climate, they're approaching $40 and to be honest, that's cut off territory for me. I may cherry pick this line but I don't see myself collecting that many of them. Legends are hit or miss for me and Classifieds remains the cheapest (although not by much) in the game. Time will tell I guess 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
