FreshMonkeyFiction also made those Santa Claus figures. I can't wait to get Dracula and Forgotten King next month in which is October and that means Halloween season.
They did the Santa figures and they’ve done a bunch of 4 inch stuff, Longbox hero’s and eagle force. They’re indie but I think they have a big partnership with bbts because the holiday stuff was done kickstarter style via bbts
@@AnthonysCustoms complaining that their whole line was just copying his line and there was nothing original about what they were doing. He was pretty upset
So happy you’re reviewing these figures, I think the next ones will impress you a bit more with the paints and articulation. I was really happy when they changed the torso articulation from the ab crunch to the torso cuts. The founder is a big GI Joe fan hence the similarities, but man I was sadden by the drop down hips.
What a pleasant surprise to see your review for these in my feed! I've been on the fence about this line, but feel more confident now. My wallet is scared, of course...😂 Solid review as always, thanks! 😎👍
I have a bunch Preordered. Looking forward to this line!

I almost ordered the forgotten king but then i would need to buy a pyramid dio for him with a sphinx and some egyptian gods and just didnt want to make a whole new shelf for him ,because thats how i think when i buy toys . If i did get him i probably would put the head on another body with some armor because the suit makes no sense to me .
The evil Egyptian theme and classic horror mixed with modern day, is interesting. Some of the details look fantastic. I agree with Anthony, that they should've had a dhmbell joint in the top of the neck/base of the skull. I'd also dothch the useless drop down hips. I was thinking they'd be better if the waist coats/vests were sculpted to the torso and diaper, with just the coat as an overlay. The faces don't seem to use face print tech but still look good. Overall the look pretty damn good to me. The price is an issue for me, but for those that can afford them they look like a fun line. Thet do come with a shedload of stuff.
Fresh Monkey started so the 4” figures like Eagle Force and yes did the Santa figures. You should check out a Valaverse figure, I like their mid torso cut and they have great weapons.
I hope they work out some distribution in Asia because I love that Dracula. Need a vampire in my 1/12 collection, and the only thing I've found is Jada's Dracula, which looks great but the aftermarket price is ~$50 where I live. The articulation here blows but the design really appeals to me, so if the producers will check these comments for R&D, then release these in Asia and I'd seriously consider picking them up; some of the goons look neat too.
Not to discredit the company, but for me, they have that Hasbro stench to them that makes them look like higher effort ML, like Anthony said. When I buy collectibles, I don't want them to look like my most despised toy line (ML). Mcfarlane, NECA, Jada, SHF, and lots of indie companies have a signature look to them that makes them feel like they're from a specific line. These unfortunately don't
@@mr.anakinguy7098they are distinct but they suck😂. Terrible proportions, bad face sculps, poor articulation, too many Batmans and Supermans, not to mention they are 7 inch scale which I'm not a fan of.
There's nothing wrong with a higher end product that's similar to Hasbro imo. They are still much better but can be mixed with existing figures. There's nothing wrong with taking the Hasbro style and fixing it.
@AnthonysCustoms I'm not into Joe's either but they do have some figures that fall into the mercenary vibe. The biggest one not to sleep on is the Bone Collector V2. You got a guy with a gattling gun who wears a ram's skull for a mask.
I have a bunch of figures from this line on PO. Oddly enough I passed on these 2. I feel like these are the weakest of the 1st wave. I may change my mind
I'm stoked you're reviewing this line and am looking forward to your opinions on the Delta Red and Sleepwalker troopers.
FreshMonkeyFiction also made those Santa Claus figures. I can't wait to get Dracula and Forgotten King next month in which is October and that means Halloween season.
Im interested in those sleepwalker troopers, might get one because they look sick

Vala was losing his sh!+ about this line stealing his IP last year at Powercon so I’m glad you brought up a quick reference to him in this video lmao.
Sterling his ip? I don't understand. Can you elaborate a little?
@@AnthonysCustoms complaining that their whole line was just copying his line and there was nothing original about what they were doing. He was pretty upset
@@FREKKILol. Isn't his line basically "not" G.I. Joe ?
That guy became a paradoy of himself.... action force is not that great either, is just plain boring except for a few releases

The Forgotten King looks like a Villian for Moon Knight to fight.
Figures do look interesting.
I love seeing more indie companies like this giving Hasbro some competition.
And yes they remind me of Valaverse too.
That dude was a king... I guess I forgot 😆😆
😂

Glad I could help!
Dracula reminds me of a Marvel figure from the Hell Fire club, but the name escapes me.
I like this Dracula much better than the recent ML one. That I want in a vampire display with Blade.
If we ever get a good ML movie Blade.
Can't wait to get the Dracula and zombie soldier figs. Very cool figures at a great price and a must for Halloween nuts.

Lol. That's how it goes.
Dracula rocking that wild protruding mullet
It's like Marvel Legends and old school McFarlane toys had a baby.
You can say that

Thanks, Anthony!
Well now, they LOOK cool.

I’m buying that now
When I heard this has drop down hip joints I'm immediately passing on this, I hate those
I agree. They usually add very little to the articulation range, and often just drop down when you don't want them to. Very aggravating.
Thank you for reviewing these figures. I'm considering getting some. Hope you can review the troopers.
I will
Wow 9 out of 10, going SUUUPER easy on these lol
Did you not see everything you get for 37 dollars?
Good or not, these are still way too similar to marvel legends. No reason these can’t have much better engineering.
Was waiting for reviews. Some if these peaked my interest.

There is also Dracula from Marvel Legends that's coming out in October (?) I think
The articulation blows or the distribution? Just curious. Also in Asia.
Review the vampire army guys and Van Helsing🙏🏽
What do you think about Tunshi Studio Metal Slug 3 figures? I hope you will review them, they're in stock in bbts
They look cool enough. Not interested personally though
Hey Anthony are you gonna review the jazewares anime figures
The Santas had the same package as Marvel Legends. The paint ans sculpt is nice, but the engineering seems outdated.
How come you havent released ypur own figure yet. I dont remmeber seeing a kickstarter
I put the project on hold when my daughter was born. Hoping to resume work in the near future.
@@AnthonysCustomscongratulations on the daughter!
Hey Brother! Do you still do commissions?
Thinking.. soft goods🤔
They need to figure out how to do suit jackets. The arms look ugly and dont make sense (aka Marvel Legends)

why?

These just looks so Hasbro, so I will pass
Much more detail, much more paint, and many more accessories than marvel legends
Not really
They don't look like Hasbro. They just have similar engineering.
