    Sir, the big clock malfunction would def have messed with me. So glad you had a backup clock! Hell of a job on those snatches!!

      Thank you sir! I was surprised how poorly I did on this one. I knew it would be bad, but I was thinking around 100th, not 152nd! Oh well...keep working, see what happens!

    Great job, John! Quite an improvement. My strategy for my planned redo (which didn't occur) was almost the same. I had rowed ~1300, ~1100, ~1200 and blew up my legs. I also did not practice any squat snatches and was planning to do the first rep at each barbell that way to wire the movement a bit. Even though I didn't redo, watching yours helped to validate that the strategy would have likely helped.
