Thank you! Can you do Leah Remini and Heidi Klum? something was so different about Heidi on this last "making the cut" season. Why is her face so wide all of a sudden? I'm not good at figuring out what people have done, so thanks for doing this service for us!
@@dessieangel1021 yeah. Doing high school musical is going to brand you effeminate for a lifetime. That’s gotta sting. There’s a reason Leo DiCaprio turned down Disney.
This is true, many stars in Disney still look more 'child like' (like Mitchel Musso or Lucas Gabriel) than adults. This might be the reason Zac wanted to cast out of being just a 'teen' Disney star.
He definitely went thru something. I remember him dropping a magnum condom at a premiere and being extremely embarrassed. I get it but own it bro. He was so fine. Now it's just giving mickey rourke
To me, this shows that no matter what you say about someone being “handsome” or “beautiful”, the inner voices have way more of an effect. It’s evident that he clearly wasn’t happy about his looks, and that’s sad to know. Only because you appear aesthetically pleasing means absolutely nothing
Dude for YEARS people would call him a baby face and only think of him in the context of HSM. That definitely probably had an impact on the way he saw himself/his features.
I don’t think he had surgery because he felt like he wasn’t handsome I think it’s because I thought he could be MORE handsome which is also sad because he was enough.
@@tine2835 yeah, he also did not look like that from the get go. For example, he got his teeth gap removed when very young and he looked very different after..it all starts with tiny things that help us like get clothes that fit us well, find that eyebrow shape that we like, care after your skin, etc. And with unlimited funds i guess it can quickly become a little filler here, a minor surgery there, and it is never enough
I read somewhere that he had been turned down from some roles - most of these went to traditionally masculine looking men - and so he got the implants to fit that look…
I had surgery in 2015 and the surgeon broke my jaw on purpose (I was informed this would happen beforehand), and I have the exact same face after he did that. I was honestly worried abt it changing after the break, but thankfully I look exactly the same. The somersault of lies these celebs tell to deny they’ve had cosmetic surgery continues to astound me. Very few ppl believe the lies anyway so idk y they bother telling them.
Zac's fans really believe his lies about his jaw surgery changing his entire face, every time it comes up they run in to insist that everything that happened to his face is because of his alleged fall in the early 2010s.
He's a great example of one of the most common plastic surgery blunders: prioritizing features that one thinks are conventionally attractive in a vacuum (in this case, an extra wide and defined jawline) without considering how well they work with the rest of the face. Facial harmony will always look better than having specific features imo
I feel like he likely wanted to look more masculine and thought he looked too young and feminine before…. But if he thought that, he was wrong, nothing wrong with having a young look. Especially as you get older, it’s a benefit, not a negative.
He’s one of the saddest celebs to look at nowadays. He was a gorgeous man and would’ve aged beautifully if he’d left his face alone. It’s tragic that a man as beautiful as he was still felt the need to unnecessarily “enhance” his look. I’ve also read the gossip stating that his changing looks are due to steroid abuse. Very sad all around
Yes I wish the steroids and hormonal changes would be discussed. I disagree with the hair transplants, because his eyebrows also grew at the same time.
This one makes me want to cry. He was a uniquely gorgeous human being, now he’s veering into uncanny valley / cartoon superhero territory. It’s truly amazing what plastic surgery can do (some of those “normal” people before & after a are just wow) but it seems like a criminal waste of surgical talent and money to wreck an already perfect face like Zac’s.
Same here. I truly wish him the best and hope he is at peace now because if not I can see this getting even worse 5 or 10 years from now. Body dysmorphia can lead you to do scary things.
Seriously! He was my childhood crush. For so long he was that guy every tomboy and boy hated on to seem edgy. Like Justin Bieber. Who also has a made for Hollywood face.
I always though that he looked like a modern Alain Delon (for example at 4:56 in the left photo), and he was going to grow more into that classical beauty
@@_baller it wasn’t plastic surgery before . I remember watching him on the suite life and high school music and hairspray when he must have been 16-19 and he looked completely natural but very handsome .
Maybe because he looks to girly for Hollywood..that's why he try lo look masculine.. If only he know in 2024 , women prefer soft male look like Asian watt pad story
Zac looked like his mother. And as someone who grew up with high school musical, he was definitely a higher standard in male handsomeness. I’ve always thought of him as insanely beautiful. I’ve always wanted to have his hair lol. I don’t really know what led him to perform so many changes on his face, but I believe I’m not alone in thinking so highly of his physical appearance. And to think the owner of a face that was seen as the standard of beauty by so many people worldwide felt the need to perform such drastic changes overall… like, why, right?
@@cheekykiki5951 Yes it is me. I hate all this questions, why will I have the desire to tell you that I am someone else. Most celebrities out there refuse to connect with their fans because a lot of persons out there are only after fame and money from us
It is very sad, she was so good-looking, 10 years ago, with that boyish charm, smooth young face and big beautiful blue shiny eyes, he was just dead gorgeous🥰 Now he looks not very natural and older for his age🤐 He might have dysmorphia disorder.
There is nothing wrong with wanting a more chiselled look, but the changes that have been done to the lower half of Zac's face are pretty dramatic to the point where they don't really complement the upper half of his face and everyone's attention goes to his lower face when people see him. I think it's important to consider not just what features are 'attractive', but also whether or not they complement the person's natural features that they want to keep, because it's important to keep the face balanced in a way.
Exactly - it makes me a little worried for what plastic surgeon he’s going to, any good plastic surgeon is going to give them features that work with their face and complement what they have, not detract from it :( it feels like the person he went to might’ve been more concerned about the money than the patient
One picture she showed, his cheeks looked pulled down and he didn't have slight puffiness under his eyes which are so adorable. It seemed it eased up a little, but still looks a little off like it's pulling his cheeks and eyes down.
You're completely right; stronger cheekbones via implants were a bizarre choice and simply don't go with all his other surgeries. It's like he has a list of what features make someone beautiful but has no appreciation for how they might look on him and how they might not work with the rest of his surgeries! The rugged leading man look doesn't require strong cheekbones or full lips or a chiseled little nose. I just feel sad for him.
This comment reminds me of the way Anathema Device is described in the book Good Omens--it goes something like, "She had features that were attractive individually, but put together looked odd."
I'm so glad we're able to read between the lines and Lorry is able to dodge those possible cease and desist notices; but isn't it still absolutely ridiculous that celebrities either have such big, fragile egos and/or severely underestimate the general public's intelligence to the point of thinking they can blatantly lie to us with no consequences? This isn't personally attacking Zec either. I loved Hairspray and the HSM series; and he seems like a nice guy; but dude... we can literally see your face drastically changing. The gaslighting needs to stop.
@@Anthony-fu6cl despite it being wrong to lie about your appearrance being natural when it isnt, it would also be wrong to allow people ro make rumors about others medical or cosmetic procedures. Lorry is right to not blatantly say these things as facts but to just say it's likely
You really are just so good at this Lorry - The way that you can break down every last procedure, no matter how minor. I really appreciate your expertise, because I just couldn't work out what was going on with Zac Efron. Many thanks......all the way from London.
My son was born with not much of a jaw. At the age of 23 he got braces and had his wisdom teeth removed in preparation for major surgery, not for cosmetic reasons but to align his teeth. His surgeon moved his jaw forward and took a piece of bone from his rib. to place in his jaw He also had little bit of buckle fat removed. All and all, the surgery took seven hours with two surgeions and a recovery of two months. He has titanium pins in his face. He could only take food through a straw for one month. Jaw surgery is no joke. He looks have changed and he now has an actual jaw and looks like a young Cling Eastwood. He did not do it for cosmetic reasons, but for fixing his teeth alignment where braces alone would not work. Anyone thinking about getting such extensive work for cosmetic reasons should think twice. His insurance covered the $60,000 procedure since it was medically necessary. The buckle fat was removed just to balance his face. The recovery was a nightmare as I was nursing him day and night.
Zac has mentioned that he suffered from a really bad eating disorder when he was younger, specifically in the roles where he had to be shirtless. I wouldn’t be surprised if the surgeries were a result of body dysmorphia 😔
I was thinking the exact same thing. I’m also not sure I believe the jaw injury story. Feel bad saying that. But it’s a little too convenient. Plus the continued extreme changes to the lower face over the next decade.. his face looks like overworked putty, and he appears to be in his late 50s imo. Though we’re actually the same age. Really sad.
i think a lot of people also made fun of him for how feminine his face is and he might have internalized some of it, which would explain the jaw and chin implants especially. it sucks because his original face was perfect!
Lorry has to be so careful to emphasize that it's "alleged" when it's so incredibly obvious that he's had things changed with his entire face, but when someone wants to keep it a secret to that extent it's kind of sad. He should be able to say he wanted to change something and went for it without being embarrassed. I think it would be less embarrassing to tell the truth personally
@@GopherCakeStuff I guess the difference would be showing you have confidence, that you're an honest person? I think it's better to own your choices, especially if people will gossip regardless. I think people respect that more
@@Hip.Username they won't. They'll constantly be like why do this or that you looked great already etc. I like when people are up front like our announcer here on this channel but there are people who still say she looked better before and is that something people want to hear or read after having consultations and spending their money. It's not respecting their decisions or their personal struggles at all. If he is lying it might be showing its not something he wants to discuss or the reasons behind his surgeries weren't fully in his control (like an accident thats made him insecure about changes to his jaw he feels he has to balance with more procedures) or maybe he's not happy with how they turned out. Demanding people we don't truly know to be open with the public about things they don't want to be open about is kinda ridiculous.
literally.. as a celebrity I would be so ashamed and embarrassed to have to lie about wanting to feel better in my body. and actually, typing that out really put me into the heads pace of a non-natural celeb.. i feel like, so many of them probably want to speak out about their insecurities and surgeries but their management teams are probably like, "no no no! ☝️ we need to keep up this natural image, that you were BORN this way" and I honestly couldn't imagine my BODY and IMAGE being policed like that.
i get what you mean but idk i haven't watched this video in full yet so my opinion might change but i did feel he was genuine when he said that he only had surgery to fix his jaw after it was shattered. it does kinda line up. he broke it in 2013, his face looked odd and people noticed, his masseters continued to grow. people have noticed the difference in his jaw again and it's obvious there's an issue. i mean his lip is half paralysed. it is possible for things to change without cosmetic surgery. and plastic surgery is sometimes needed. so maybe it isn't about wanting to look more attractive. he also said he almost died during his accident so maybe the trauma hasn't allowed him to be more open yet. i think he should be left alone. he looked really uncomfortable in that interview.
Absolutely. Brutally honest and nonjudgmental. She calls it as she sees it. I also think because she’s someone whose had surgery herself, she can verify many things from personal experience. Love her ❤️
I don’t understand celebrities like this would deny having plastic surgery because there are literally thousands if not hundreds of thousands of pictures of yourself online throughout the years
Love these lifting the veil of secrecy of MALE celeb plastic surgery! Thank you for posting to your community bc I had forgotten to give this one a watch! 💗
I think it’s important we stay compassionate for people who’s surgery went this way. He’s probably already insecure and dealing with comments. I just feel bad
@@ninjanibba4259 You nor I don’t even know what truly happened. We only know the outcome and it’s not a good / positive one, so one should be compassionate about it.
Because those people dont feel, the way we do about their looks as an outsider. If these people could feel, how we think they feel for being so gorgeous, I doubt they wouldnt get anything so extreme.
He’s been in the public eye for years, you know how the internet goes! There’s always going to be a lot of some assholes judging and straight up hateful, trolls will bring down good looking people just because they wished they looked like the celebrity. And when you see how your face changes from 17 to adulthood I can see how it could Skew one’s vision of themselves just by spotting natural aging and not even realizing that even your pictures were retouched. “Ahh I want what what the photo retoucher did!” Ya know, sad the pressures that be! We definitely forget that men get insecure too. So glad that’s not my life! 😅 I KNOW I’d have done ALLLLL the surgeries to my face 🤣
My dad broke his jaw when I was a kid because he got hit in the face with a softball. My son broke his jaw in a dirt bike accident a couple years ago. Both were severe and both have the same jawline that they had before the accident.
Idk. Maybe his broken jaw also gave him the opportunity to do more work to his jaw. Usually I like Lorry’s videos but I don’t like how many people here are dismissing his broken jaw story as if it never happened.
does it concern anyone else how having all the surgeries might affect these people. Getting anesthesia that often, scar tissue, infectious, nerve damage, chronic pain, impaired healing. this is crazy and so unsafe
I think it goes to say that children’s looks shouldn’t be commented on too much by adults or else they end up with weird sense of self perception like this.
Whoever agreed to put a knife on Zac’s already beautiful face is a monster. His face is comical, the huge jaw doesn’t even fit. The pressures of Hollywood must be insane!
Ok but usually it's not Hollywood that press celebrities to do surgery, it's people, especially on Social Networks and also his own friends/colleagues... it's not like Disney sends you a letter and says do surgery or die lol... i think the big corporations couldn't care less... it's always people the reason (sorry for my bad english)
Off topic: I dont know if you mentioned Gillian Anderson in previous videos but she looks amazing! Better than she did in the 90s. I'd love to see what kind of procedures she may have done. Love this channel 🥰
I wonder if he's suffering from body dysmorphia. He's spoken a lot recently about how messed up getting so obscenely ripped for Bay Watch made him, physically and mentally. That extreme set of implants in 2021 was pretty shocking, I'm glad he's course-corrected. Nevertheless, I feel he's lost the true Efron essence and is just trying to be the second coming of Hasselhoff at this point.
I heard he hated that his face was very "baby"ish but he's still so young. Did he want a 40 y/o face at 30 or something? He just needed to let himself age.... It's sad regardless. I can see this look not aging well at all
Goes to show everyone has insecurities no matter how good they look, a baby-ish face is def not a bad thing, there is a certain appeal to it and in Zac's case especially he still looked masculine, he had a good jaw, he just looked youthful, but obviously with age his face would eventually mature naturally. Young Leo Dicaprio had a baby face and he was deemed one of the most gorgeous male celebrities, a lot of people say age makes men look better but honestly that's not always the case.
If he had plastic surgery or fillers, it’s sad. He’s a gorgeous man, one of the most gorgeous. It’s unfortunate he didn’t see what we all saw. Don’t mess with perfection people!!!!
I honestly think Zach looked better before he got surgery. Its obvious he got implants and I think all your opinions seem very accurate as to what was done. I've heard he has a lot of issues with his appearance and that is very sad. He is and always has been a very talented and handsome guy.
Agreed. I think it's a good reminder to us all that too much can be a bad thing even with the most beautiful people and that at times it's best to stay natural.
I honestly feel really bad for the guy. Like second hand embarrassment. He clearly is at war with himself. I hope he has a strong circle of people to love him and to help him accept himself because he’s perfect the way he is and the way he was
I think you’re right. I’m extremely saddened by him feeling the need to do this and the end product. Such a beautiful man he really didn’t have to do anything at all 😢
I think his obsession with a perfect face is due to his inability to get good Hollywood roles. Although in my opinion, his lack of prominent cinematic roles is due to his previous big tv roles and how people can recognize him pretty easily. Hope he doesn't give in even more to the impossible beauty standards out there instead do some minor dramatic roles if he really is ambitious about his acting career. Matthew McConaughey got stuck in romantic leads once, but he proved his ability by taking on these smaller roles as well now look where he is.
Well he got ted bundy role which was really great role for him. And I sure the abiliyof his face expressions is limited so getting role now would be harder
that’s a really good point! he’s a wonderful actor, i loved him in the ted bundy movie. i hope he stops the cosmetic surgery and focuses on those dramatic roles
@@dianaselnekovicova948 Yep, I was noticing that he doesn't posses natural mobility of some of his facial muscles anymore, probably due to all the surgery + fillers, and he looks weird on video now. That'll possibly be the biggest problem in getting casted for anything from now on :/
He went from a natural gorgeous man to a more chiseled mannequin type of look. His lips now have a sort of Joker type of look as well. Believe it or not perfection when it comes to beauty can make someone less attractive.
I think this is often what happens to celebs when too much attention is placed on their looks. Those who receive negative attention (Khloe Kardashian for example) end up super self conscious and embark on an impossible mission to perfect themselves and silence the haters. But even celebs who are known for their perfect faces and bodies get overly concerned about living up to that impossible expectation (Like Megan Fox and Zac here). It’s unfortunate. The world would be a better place if more value was put on inner beauty because that’s how we can find real peace and love for ourselves. I like Zac and wish him all the best. It would be really meaningful if he decides to speak out someday about his cosmetic work; the subject needn’t be so taboo for men just as at shouldn’t be for women.
I used to think he was one of the most beautiful guys growing up and idolized his look (as Lorry showed him before the surgeries). Now he looks like some aged body builder similar to a David Hasselhoff. However David is quite a mature man and Zac is just 34. I actually had to look up his age since I forgot and I was like "what he's just 34!?". I know it's his face, but I'm a bid sad to see one of the most beautiful faces ruined by unnecessary work, but if it makes him happier or more bookable I guess that's all good, I'm pro whatever changes that makes the person happier.
Not to mention that men generally age better than women. He’s only 34. Most men are in their prime look at this age. So sad. He was very handsome and looks 50 now
@@alqoshgirl exactly he should be just starting to peak at this point, especially with the great base he had. I mean he still looks good, but I think I would give him a look on the street since he would look a bit sus

@@eveningstar8581 it’s sad, I can understand after a certain age wanting to get a little here and there to maintain a youthfulness but when you’re under 30, shoot even 25, it’s so unnecessary and usually has the opposite effect
Perfect example of “less is more”. He has always been an attractive man and he is still very young. It’s not like he was getting older and his face was starting to sag and stuff, and like he even needed plastic surgery. I do believe that if he were to just age into to his natural face he would have still continued to look amazing
I find these videos super interesting and usually I don't overthink it. This one made me kind of sad. He really didn't need anything done at all. If he did actually have all of these procedures, that is a lot of work to have undergone when he looked great before. That's quite an industry to work in that would almost require these types of changes.
He looked fine after his “ injury”. Around baywatch is when things started looking weird. Now he’s done some extreme implants that are pretty obvious. And the lip filler as well.
@@mel...s I think the “accident” was concealing something else. Maybe an overdose or something? He still looked normal after that. Just a bit of asymmetry which makes me believe something unintentional happened. He just looked so much older all of a sudden in baywatch. I think he used a fat burning drug or something that may have aged him quicker. 🤷♂️
I can’t agree more that Zac now looks like David Hasselhoff. Zac had that fem gorgeous look that a lot of people are attracted to. He wants to look more mature and manly, looks terrible now.
You are right, because in the movie his co-star “ the rock “ which is very manly and Zack is very short. I know that many short guys are very insecure about their highs and it can manifest in different ways. I can imagine what he is going to look like in his 50 and it’s not going to be good!!Can anyone imagine Kylie Jenner in her 50 ? Sometimes it’s just too much!!
This goes without any particular name but...it blows my mind how beautiful someone can be and they don't see it. Proves how much your mind plays a roll in decision making. Some people are born with a natural perfected beauty people wish to have and when it's not seen and changed, its gone. DISCLAIMER.. .ULTIMATE BEAUTY IS ALWAYS ON THE INSIDE.
I strongly believe that he felt that he needed to look older because Hollywood would keep on casting him as a young man in his 20's. He had such a nice soft face that was unbeatable. I'm disliking this industry even more with every year that passes by.
he was the definition of conventionally attractive man, he was the beauty standard. there's nothing he could do to 'enhance' his looks because he was already at the top of the top, it's only downhill from there. why oh why
Glad ur highlighting men in hollywood getting procedures! So Sabrina The Teenage Witch had a pilot movie before the TV show and it starred Ryan Reynolds along side MJH and he was kind of looking extremely different back in the day it’s weird how procedures on men can almost be more like hidden
It’s crazy cause I really didn’t think he would be the type to go under the knife or needles if you will to alter his look. Everyone has always thought he was soooo good looking (including myself) throughout his entire career. Just goes to show how Hollywood will critique every little thing about someone and belittle their confidence. His baby face/boyish good looks was what made him so attractive in my opinion! 🥺
It must be really hard for people who grow up as child actors to not get body dysmorphia. He was already beautiful, and he for some reason just felt the need to keep going back more and more
Hoping people won't go around purposely braking their jaws because they feel the end result would be to look like Zac Efron. I remember Kyle Jenner caused alot of harm do to people thinking they could have her lips if they suction them.
This is just horrible. I can't believe he did this, like he didn't even need any of these surgeries as supposed by the sample patients shown by Lorry. And him denying it makes it so much more awkward cuz these before and after pictures speak volumes 🤦
I agree, so many people get stuff done when they don't need to. It makes me sad. I think for actors and other celebs it has a lot to do with career moves, like trying to go with what is a trend, what kind of look will be popular for certain films and genres, and getting chosen for roles, to make the big bucks. I think plastic surgery in Hollywood is mostly about career moves. Which is really weird. I like natural faces!
What’s ‘horrible’ about it? ‘oh no, he’s not as hot as he was before!!’ ‘A stranger got plastic surgery because he felt like it!!😣’ Applying all this value to peoples looks is what drives them to do this in the first place. It seems so hypocritical to me to see all these people say ‘omg how could he do this’ whilst lamenting about how much worse he looks and how thats a bad thing. You really can’t see that comments like this are part of the problem? Also he’s a human being you do realise that right.. How would you feel if your face changed and droves of people were commenting on how much better you looked before :(
@@ToastedBread14 You also have the option of saying *nothing* if all you have to say is something negative about someones face.. Examples of ways to comment without being part of the problem: - Express genuine concern without saying something negative about appearance - Comment on the video quality - Comment on his work/roles There are manyy things you can say. People are always going to be mean because they are insecure themselves. Its just my opinion that making unsolicited negative comments about the appearance of strangers online is something we should always try to avoid. It’s harmful and I can’t see any good that comes from it.
A lot of already beautiful celebrities are doing this and it makes me sad. Fixing your teeth and nose is pretty standard but some of these procedures seem excessive. Some of the before and after photos of people with receding jaws had very impressive work done. Most made such a positive difference.
On the topic of men who have had work done… I just started re-watching The OC & seeing Adam Brody in season 1 all these years later I realized he has for sure had some work done! His jawline, chin, nose & smile all look entirely different later on. Please analyze him!!
the urge that celebrities seem to have to look older is baffling to me. I shared the sentiment when I was 18 and people thought I was 15, but the older I get, the more I appreciate looking younger than my years. besides, Zac is in his 30s, he was aging just fine, there was no need for any of it, and it makes me sad

From stunning elfen looks that you can't buy to 'Ezra Miller'-style. He couldn't stand his pretty-boy looks and wanted to be the quarterback. When I first saw 'Zack Effrons's change', I was so saddened that he had felt such a need to change his look so radically. I love Zac but he really looked so much better in 2019 before he had this transformation. I think these surgeries do wonders for people who have deformities. But the already beautiful or normal people should leave their faces alone. It only leads to better appearance in few cases. Mostly, it ruins their natural beauty.
It can be done well. Like Megan Fox. Men tend to look weird with plastic surgery. Lots of men actually get more attractive with age. It's so unfair lol! We've all seen couples where the woman was the beautiful one when young, but 20 years later the man is now the more attractive one.
I think the jaw injury he had 10 years ago was real and it was the start of him tweeking with his jaw and then his whole face so it can look balanced with his jaw implants. It probably added on to the body dismorphia that he already had. I can't imagime the amount of pressure he was in. He is still a good looking guy.

Nobody cares about what you personally prefer. It's his body, he can do whatever he wants.
He basically went from looking 27 in 2019 to looking 50 in 2022. Choices, people!
I thought he was 50
Good observation, he does look a lot older.
He hit the wall lmaoooooo
It just make him look older than his age
Yup. His eyes still save him but just barely, and his jaw looks so off
I feel like he likely wanted to look more masculine and thought he looked too young and feminine before…. But if he thought that, he was wrong, nothing wrong with having a young look. Especially as you get older, it’s a benefit, not a negative.
this 100%! his jaw and mouth look too wide :/
Makes me wonder if he did it because he’s probably lost roles for for being too good looking, too boyish/not “manly” enough etc.
👏👏
He’s one of the saddest celebs to look at nowadays. He was a gorgeous man and would’ve aged beautifully if he’d left his face alone. It’s tragic that a man as beautiful as he was still felt the need to unnecessarily “enhance” his look. I’ve also read the gossip stating that his changing looks are due to steroid abuse. Very sad all around
Yes I wish the steroids and hormonal changes would be discussed. I disagree with the hair transplants, because his eyebrows also grew at the same time.
He had trouble getting roles because of his natural baby face so he went for the more matured look allegedly.
@@bohlalenchabeleng1370 , but now he looks fake.
This isn't from steroids
I feel he would have aged really well too. Cutsey guys end up as silver foxes 😂. His chin feels so off. I will always love him.
So sad
I agree. He was so much more handsome and looked younger before all those unnecessary surgeries. It's a shame really.
Same here. I truly wish him the best and hope he is at peace now because if not I can see this getting even worse 5 or 10 years from now. Body dysmorphia can lead you to do scary things.
Me too!!
for real
I always thought that Zac Efron had a natural made-for-Hollywood face. Even at 24, without any “work” done, he looks like a classic Hollywood star.
Seriously! He was my childhood crush. For so long he was that guy every tomboy and boy hated on to seem edgy. Like Justin Bieber. Who also has a made for Hollywood face.
Yeah but what if that 24 year "look" was plastic surgery as well...and now he just took it too far, like Michael Jackson

It is very sad, she was so good-looking, 10 years ago, with that boyish charm, smooth young face and big beautiful blue shiny eyes, he was just dead gorgeous🥰 Now he looks not very natural and older for his age🤐 He might have dysmorphia disorder.
This man looks 44, not 34.
He broke his jaw. It wasn't for cosmetic reasons.
This comment reminds me of the way Anathema Device is described in the book Good Omens--it goes something like, "She had features that were attractive individually, but put together looked odd."
Lorry being smart to evade dumb lawsuits by saying “I’m sure Zac has had nothing done … but if someone WERE to get some work done”
Lol. Mama didn’t raise no fool.

Many thanks......all the way from London.
Thanks so much
My son was born with not much of a jaw.
Yes, its pretty sad tbh, the fact that pretty people still feel like they arent good enough says alot about our society
@@Xoorbie I definitely do not believe that story. It sounds stupid.
That's one of worst lies that he's ever told o the Jimmy Kimmel show
Lorry has to be so careful to emphasize that it's "alleged" when it's so incredibly obvious that he's had things changed with his entire face, but when someone wants to keep it a secret to that extent it's kind of sad. He should be able to say he wanted to change something and went for it without being embarrassed. I think it would be less embarrassing to tell the truth personally
The way people have so much to say about it, nothing he says will matter anyway so what's the difference if he lies or tell the truth...
Lorry’s insights on plastic surgery have always been detailed. Overall, she’s pretty impressive what she does on this platform.

She is a pioneer.
Absolutely. Brutally honest and nonjudgmental. She calls it as she sees it. I also think because she’s someone whose had surgery herself, she can verify many things from personal experience. Love her ❤️

I think his obsession with a perfect face is due to his inability to get good Hollywood roles. Hope he doesn't give in even more to the impossible beauty standards out there instead do some minor dramatic roles if he really is ambitious about his acting career. Matthew McConaughey got stuck in romantic leads once, but he proved his ability by taking on these smaller roles as well now look where he is.

I know that many short guys are very insecure about their highs and it can manifest in different ways. I can imagine what he is going to look like in his 50 and it’s not going to be good!!Can anyone imagine Kylie Jenner in her 50 ? Sometimes it’s just too much!!
He’s said being in that movie really messed him up mentally. I feel so bad
Once he started to look like a burnt lobster that was the start of downhill. 😬😬😬
My friend was a lifeguard on the same beach they shot Baywatch and she almost got a boob job just BC of that. I was like nooooooo.
Omg you're right, I remember him starting to look weird around then
I really enjoy your male videos. Can you do one of Dane Cook? He’s someone everybody has been speculating on, and he always denies it.
I wish we could've seen him "age" naturally 🥺 he really had amazing look to him already
I was hoping you would address this. You never disappoint, Lorry!
he was the definition of conventionally attractive man, he was the beauty standard. there's nothing he could do to 'enhance' his looks because he was already at the top of the top, it's only downhill from there.
I don't like his new face. Young Zac was quite the stunner though.
To top it off, In one of Zac’s recent interviews, the guy he was next to said if Zac were to get plastic surgery why would he get that 💀
I saw that too. Poor guy 😂
name of video?
@@pokemontas8025 Entertainment tonight Zac Efron says he almost died from jaw injury ua-cam.com/video/W1HnnzmKmII/v-deo.html
lmao i saw that, i was like dang that had to sting.
It’s on entertainment tonight’s UA-cam channel from 4 days ago
‘oh no, he’s not as hot as he was before!!’ ‘A stranger got plastic surgery because he felt like it!!😣’
Applying all this value to peoples looks is what drives them to do this in the first place. It seems so hypocritical to me to see all these people say ‘omg how could he do this’ whilst lamenting about how much worse he looks and how thats a bad thing. You really can’t see that comments like this are part of the problem?
Also he’s a human being you do realise that right.. How would you feel if your face changed and droves of people were commenting on how much better you looked before :(
@@buxflee7636 he looks uglier now! urgh
@@buxflee7636 so what should we do? Just say wow you look great, you clearly don't have dysorphia aren't insecure?
@@ToastedBread14 You also have the option of saying *nothing* if all you have to say is something negative about someones face..
Why tell a stranger that they are insecure and disphoric anyway? 1) you’re not a mental health professional they they have contacted for help 2) they already know 3) a lot of people pointing that out would likely make you feel worse and do nothing to help the issue.
Examples of ways to comment without being part of the problem:
- Express genuine concern without saying something negative about appearance
- Comment on the video quality
- Comment on his work/roles
There are manyy things you can say.
"its not his eyes or his nose itsHi everyone.." shes getting sharpp💅🏻
On the topic of men who have had work done… I just started re-watching The OC & seeing Adam Brody in season 1 all these years later I realized he has for sure had some work done! His jawline, chin, nose & smile all look entirely different later on. Please analyze him!!
You look amazing in this look! The make up, hair, lighting, all of it! ❤️
Oh thank you!
the urge that celebrities seem to have to look older is baffling to me. I shared the sentiment when I was 18 and people thought I was 15, but the older I get, the more I appreciate looking younger than my years. besides, Zac is in his 30s, he was aging just fine, there was no need for any of it, and it makes me sad
It's for movie roles. Producers aren't looking for a boyish looking man, that isn't the Hollywood standard.
@@bohlalenchabeleng1370 True but look at Leonardo Dicaprio.. he always had those soft features and was a "pretty boy" back then and never had a problem finding hollywood roles.. I mean not that I know of
Botox to counteract aging then gets aging surgeries.. beyond me
@@bohlalenchabeleng1370 it could be, but it also goes beyond actors, like everyone who is getting bucal fat removed - they may look more angular, but they also look significantly older for no reason, something they’ll probably regret later
From stunning elfen looks that you can't buy to 'Ezra Miller'-style. He couldn't stand his pretty-boy looks and wanted to be the quarterback.
When I first saw 'Zack Effrons's change', I was so saddened that he had felt such a need to change his look so radically. He had a quintessential 'pretty boy' look that was soft and to show up as an adult with rock-hard, chiselled-out features was confusing and strange.
This is so sad. We know Hollywood is a really cruel place, we can totally see that through actresses. But this...omg... Literally half of the women on Planet Earth were in love with this boy. He was sweet, he was beautiful! And I can totally get that he was 'bullied' for being too feminine to a point where he just lost control. But this is just heartbreaking...
Kinda remind me of Megan Fox who keep tweaking her face when she's already born good looking. And end up denying any surgery yet looking very uncanny valley (esp now).
Hi Lorry 👋. My my my! Mr Efron is looking mighty fine.! Your channel is superb. Thank you for the real reason you do this. I will always wish you much success. ♥️
I love Zac but he really looked so much better in 2019 before he had this transformation. I know he's trying to shake the "pretty boy" image but he really had a naturally beautiful face which has now been replaces with a weird Kendoll visage. In an effort to shed his teenybopper image, he now looks older.
Man such a shame, he was genuinely one of the best looking men alive. I can’t get over how different his mouth looks! Watching how it moves during interviews gives me uncanny valley vibes. I wish him all the best in his struggle against body dysmorphia.
So much precision in your explanation. Thank you Lori! Can we get an updated Gwen Stefani?
Omg, yes, please!
You're wonderful, so vibrant, so beautiful, so intelligent, so beyond entertaining, and I feel so blessed to have sold upon your channel because I'm genuinely obsessed with you and your take on things! I'm considering getting cosmetic procedures done in the next year to myself seeing as I'm 31 and a half, but I'm glad I found a channel where I can get legitimate advice from somebody that knows from experience XX Steven
You look so beautiful, Lorry!! Love ur videos, like always ❤️ i was def waiting for this one :)
I think these surgeries do wonders for people who have deformities. But the already beautiful or normal people should leave their faces alone. It only leads to better appearance in few cases. Mostly, it ruins their natural beauty.
💯 agree
It can be done well. Like Megan Fox. Men tend to look weird with plastic surgery. Lots of men actually get more attractive with age. It's so unfair lol! We've all seen couples where the woman was the beautiful one when young, but 20 years later the man is now the more attractive one.
I think the jaw injury he had 10 years ago was real and it was the start of him tweeking with his jaw and then his whole face so it can look balanced with his jaw implants. It probably added on to the body dismorphia that he already had. I can't imagime the amount of pressure he was in. He is still a good looking guy.
he doesn’t look the same, and there was nothing wrong with his face!!!
why would you want to look older? like, he looks aged and like a ten year jump. i don’t understand 😢
@@soicybunny when you can't get better movie roles you'll pretty much feel pressured.
@@bohlalenchabeleng1370 that is just awful if that’s any reason anyone does anything like that to their face. i feel empathic towards him in these regards.
He looks waaaaay older than he actually is...
Really thorough, love it.
Aww thanks friend !
