I am very pleased to see so many very young people engaged seriously in classical music and in a level of perfection which seems to me incredible for the age of all the participants. I loved to watch and listen. Thank you for contributing to the survival of classical music!
La musica classica è balsamo per l'anima - quando è fatta bene. E per poterlo fare bene ci vogliono tanti anni di dedicazione e lavoro intenso. Gracias per il commento
Classical music of scores of composers of great talent not only survive but thrive among audience who care for quality and not audience numbers. Unlike pop music loved by a large number of listeners for a limited period and forgotten for ever, classical music has an enduring spell cast on sensitive listeners. Great music of great composers do not lose their attractiveness however many times they are listened to unlike pop music which cannot stand repetition much. Classical music has the power to elevate one's pleasure of listening to heights beyond the reach of most popular music. This is not to say that some pop music and its composers have taken their music to great heights like much of classical music as well. Unfortunately most pop music today is measured in wattage they produce rather than the joy of beauty that they evoke.
I totally agree... i can not help to think about how much Polish people suffered in ww2, all the hardship...almost destroyed to the core, but how they re built themselves through time, it gives me a immense feeling of hope, PEACE and admiration to this wonderful nation, this music can really save the most important thing on earth, life, this comes to be like a rose on the lapel.
Almost 10 years ago… it’s been a pleasure! Being part of a team of musicians and recording with them was truly enjoyable. The collaborative spirit and shared passion for music made the experience memorable and fulfilling! ❤
Good performance and what a wonderful way to celebrate the natural world. Nice to hear that Saint-Saens' biodiversity includes pianists, even if not the rest of the human race!

BLOODY HELL! This performance brought goose bumps to me throughout the performance! Not only in the perfomance, but the microphone mixing is top notch. Those pianos sound so rich ! And the TV production is excellent without it distracting from the players! 10/10
I hadn't heard this work since I was a small child, long long time ago. Now I really appreciate it as the result of experimenting with music and the instruments themselves. Congratulations
Holy bleep!!! This is a young person's orchestra? Bravo bravo bravo! Especially since this is not an EZ piece. I am just blown away by the technical skill and the tonal subtleties of this performance. Standing ovation from the US🎶🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎶🎵🎶
I find it sort of funny how in the pianists one the music says to intentionally mess up - i mean pianists can be wild animals with their scales sometimes...
Bravo, bravissimo!!! This youth orchestra has done an exceptional performance of this work. Please continue to perform like this and hone your skills for the future!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
So good to see youth immersed in the fine arts, learning, performing and achieving. Kudos to their parents and teachers -- whether in Poland or elsewhere in the world. Thank you to this Akademia, the Conductor and all that make it happen. Thanks for the video.
8:58 Once upon a time in the hidden heart of France a handsome young prince lived in a beautiful castle. Although he had everything his heart desired the prince was selfish and unkind. He taxed the village to fill his castle with the most beautiful objects. And his parties with the most beautiful people. *OKAY, GARDEROBE, YOU SING YOUR ARIA!*
Lovely performance of a lovely work. In regard to several previous comments of others, the "Pianists" section is meant to be played with uncoordinated timing, missed notes, etc.--it is a spoof of the Czerny exercises beginning pianists struggle with. Saint-Saens apparently thought their awkward clumsiness as endearing as that of the other animals in his musical menagerie. He similarly gives the tortoises some very un-melodious harmonies that take several measures to resolve. It is not a lack of skill on the part of the performers. You will please notice that other equally demanding sections, such as "Horses of Tartary" are performed flawlessly.
mab0440 Thank you . I didn know about the underlying logic at this work . Have a beautiful weekend . I am pretty sure u are a person with manners and taste of high art . Kind regards from Turkey 🇹🇷 ✨💐

I'm curious too. I would like to know the name of the men playing piano too if you know :) :)
I love the cellist's expressions in the Swan. He is singing the music, just using the cello as his voice. Bravo!

i knew that elephant was about an elephant without even knowing there was a movement called elephant this dude is an amazing composer
What?But ok
The cellist was so so nervous in the beginning, but looks quite young too, i’m pretty sure he’s a perfect cellist after years!
Beethoven : "Playing a wrong note is irrelevant. Playing without passion is inexcusable."
I didn't see him nervous, it is observed that his cello slipped a bit when he was going to play the high note at the beginning, just that!
@@lucasguillermogimenezbenit9677 Vi por várias vezes esse movimento, não consegui perceber o Violoncelo escorregar, adoro o Cisne, eu percebi muita emoção naquele rosto, me emocionou também. 🥰
