according to "Cartoon Research" website:
"Christmas Daze" (1959) is part of the “Tune Cartoon” series produced by Rowl Greenhalgh Productions in Australia for Television in the late 50s...originally titled "Jingle Bells" and was shot in full color...Australia TV didn't broadcast in color until 1975...

Doesn't look like a US -made cartoon, given the budget restrictions of the late 1950's (design looks more like the 1940's anyway).
