I didn’t know how to get those results! Thank you so very much for sharing 💕
My pleasure! I hope you give it a shot!
Very helpful! I need one immediately.
Glad it was helpful!
Very good video
Thank-you! Glad you found it helpful.
Fabulous!
Thank-you! I hope you give it a try. You'll be amazed at the difference!
Good info. I was at the garden store looking for a flat shovel for this purpose. Didn't find the shovel, but I did notice this half moon tool...just didn't know what it was used for. 🙄 How do you maintain that clean look? How often do you do this? Doesn't the edge tend to disintegrate or smooth out?
Thanks for your comment! Yes, it's all about the half moon edger this round, which does a very different job than a shovel can.
In a nutshell, I do a quick trim of the grass and fluff up the soil with each mow. And re-edge each spring using the half moon edger shown in the video.
The part 2 blog post is all about maintenance and better elaborates on all your questions!

Is that a string weed wacker or a different type weed wacker? Thanks.
It's weed trimmer line. Works great!
My ground is too hard for using this tool. Any other ideas?
Soak The ground first.
Hi Ricardo! I'd first recommend trying to wait until after it rains or saturate the area first. Wet ground is much easier to cut. Otherwise, you could look for some type of gizmo that cuts soil. Perhaps check a landscaping place where you could rent?
@@FunkyjunkinteriorsNet I just used my gas edger. It’s two cycle but it worked ok for the initial cut.
Just be careful not to injure shrub or plant roots when doing this.
Good advise, Ddeeny!
Thats more then 1 tool
Hi Franke, the main message is, one simple tool is all that is needed to create the striking edge. There's no need for expensive edging tools to get this look.
