He was blending into the roof and far away. Also, the camera we see from is right next to the guy screaming "he's got a gun" and the snipers are much further away. Lastly, the snipers DID take him out in seconds. The Secret Service are not superheroes who can perfectly shoot and know every situation within a second's time. I'm all for the fun of conspiracy theories, but EVERY TIME something happens anywhere is a bit much. There are over 8 billion people in the world. It's been like that for a long time, like almost a decade. They rolled out algorithm recommendations in 2016. It's probably 10% algorithm filtering by the specific channel and UA-cam algorithm and 90% backend processing. The tech just can't process all the comments.
