Cool. So long as the pan fits inside the NuWave Oven, it should work out. If you plan to do it sugar free, I'd recommend using Splenda Sugar Blend instead of straight Splenda. The Splenda Sugar Blend sold in stores is made for baking. Using too much straight Splenda can have a diuretic effect.
I tried this...I will never try to make a cake in my NuWave oven again. It took twice (or more) as long as the recipe called for, and I still had to TURN THE CAKE OVER to finish baking it, as it was RAW on the bottom half. And I used the NuWave latex (Or whatever it is) pans. I love the oven for lots of stuff...but not cake.
Using a latex pan is probably the issue for you. A metal pan is going to help generate the heat. The NuWave Oven is OK for cake, when you use a metal pan.
What type of butter did you use? Walmart stopped caring my favorite Blue bonnet butter. Cake looks delicious! Great video!
Too long to recall, use whatever you prefer.
Thanks for sharing. Hopefully I can pull it off with a bundt pan.

Wave Oven Recipes Thanks. I used regular sugar but I also used the foil in the beginning. It came out great!
That's great 👍🏿!
Keep it up!
Nice video. Thanks!
Walmart sells PAM I think😁
They sell Pam, we all know that. You misunderstood my point. It's the type of sprayer that was discontinued.
OK....
