I went to HHN in Orlando last night & it was amazing! I did 5 houses which were A Quiet Place, Ghostbusters Frozen Empire, The Museum: Deadly Exhibits, Slaughter Sinema 2, & Universal Monsters Eternal Bloodlines. The scariest & most gruesome house by far was Slaughter Sinema 2.
I was there that night and it was so much fun. I actually really enjoyed it. It was pretty fun. So maybe this month I'm actually going more at night. Keep up the good work Colin :)
went today and missed a rollback on ka by ONE TRAIN! they relaunched and it rolled back AGAIN....... I was screaming in line-- but that's besides the point-- temporarily was delayed for retesting and then I was able to get on. still an amazing ride! I did miss superman today as it was closed.. but excited to know I could ride it soon! that's the park's only coaster I have not ridden yet. but I did get on nitro three times, and that's definitely one of my favorites. hope to see you there sometime!!
Was there friday night too! I personally loved texas chainsaw massacre, if was the closet to what Halloween horror nights does, and when i went through it there were atleast 5 leatherfaces coming at you and the last scene was top notch. Also loves trick r treat, and surprisingly army of the dead. Those may be my top 3.
Hey Coliwood will be heading to Great Adventure this coming Thursday so excited to going through all mazes can't wait to c the Flash coaster up close will arrive around 3pm
Hi Colin 😀I thought it was you - we were on Ka u think it first row and you were right behind us . I think your Dad was on with you . Keep up the great work. I thought Medusa was running great the other night . Toro 🐂 kills my ribcage at the twisting end .
Best year of fright fest yet. All of these good IP mazes, Asylum, and I see more new props this year. However I do not see the awakening which is a shame.
Do you have any recommendations for scare mazes and what to do during fright fest if I just want the scariest maze possible? Or which one is your personal favorite
Would you say the closer it gets to halloween, the more production is gonna get ramped up? As in theyll have more scare actors, shows, ect cause more ppl will come as it gets closer to halloween?
Do you think fright fest will be like this for the next few years? I personally think its the worst its been since 2020 hallowfest, and I was hoping they wouldn't push more IP mazes that are not very scary
I'm soooo happy that all the mazes are finally open, especially stranger things. I'm soo confused on prices though. How much are the mazes at the park? If I buy a day pass and then go to the park, can I purchase a maze pass and stay for fright fest? 85 dollars is soo expensive online and then service fees and taxes makes it come out to 100 each!!! If I buy the day pass and then get the maze pass at the park, I may just break even. This is not including parking which is 30 I believe online and not including food and gas! Wow, is it all worth it for maybe one or two mazes that I may enjoy! I'm hoping you answer these questions, I really need advice, thank you.
If you plan on going to the park again, like next year or even again this year, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a season pass, specifically the prestige pass. This pass will give you free parking for the rest of 2024 and all of 2025, as well as admission to the park for the rest of 2024 and 2025. You’ll also get *free* maze passes with the Prestige Pass, which costs $150 (not including tax/fees). Think about it this way, if you go even one more time anytime from now till the end of 2025, you’ll likely wind up saving money by going for the pass as opposed to daily tickets. Plus, the Prestige Pass gets you discounts on food & drink purchases too!
Thank you soo much for answering. Unfortunately I don't plan to go to great adventure that often to pay that high price and I can't afford that. That's why I asked how much is the maze pass at the park. I was hoping to save money and find the best option that I could pay for just one day. On the website it lists an all day pass plus mazes for 85 but thinking that is too expensive. If I could save some money by buying a day pass then buying the maze pass at the park, I would do that option. Your right though that id still have to pay parking on top of that. It's a lot to think about. Going back to the main question, how much is the maze pass at the park? Thank you for the info.
The price of the maze pass varies depending on the day you go. For instance, it’ll be more expensive on a Saturday than a Thursday. The price of the maze pass alone usually costs anywhere between $35-$50
Are you able to film in the mazes? If it's just for personal use and not publish it aywhere. Can you please film the houses, if you can? A lot of people can't experience it in person. I would greatly appreciate it.
You’re not able to film in the mazes without permission from the park’s PR team. During Media Night, we were able to film in some of them (we’re not permitted to showcase the mazes in their entirety), and you can see that in this video: ua-cam.com/video/7UxL9QVyUTA/v-deo.htmlsi=JXkGTG06F7BvNJcY
Superman was epic also I went on kingda ka for the first time and loved it lol
Great Vlog! Love your updates. Now it’s just a matter of time when zumanjaro opens
Hopefully after Fright Fest!
My friend said he went on zumanjaro. He went yesterday
Hi Colin! I saw you by superman, I saw you recording so I didn’t want to disturb you. Great seeing you

Yessssss Superman welcome back bro

I was there yesterday and rode it! Glad it has reopened. Btw, I think yesterday it was close to capacity. Crowd size was absolutely insane!
YYYAAAAYYY IMA GO ON SUPERMAN TODAY BECAUSE I MISSED HIM!
Hey, it was an honor to meet you and I hope to meet you again👍
I could see an intamin straddle coaster going into the area Balins Jungle land and splash water oasis used to be for the 2026 season
Finally!!!
I can’t wait until flash opens!
I got a great adventure ad for the saw maze right before you went into saw
Quite the coincidence!
Hey Coliwood will be heading to Great Adventure this coming Thursday so excited to going through all mazes can't wait to c the Flash coaster up close will arrive around 3pm
Have fun, but 3pm is definitely too early to arrive on a Thursday. The park opens at 6pm and closes at 11pm on Thursdays
@ColiwoodStudios I'm off at work all day so will be going on a couple of rides by 7pm should be dark enough
Yay Superman is back when I come on Saturday is gonna be open I think
Hi Colin 😀I thought it was you - we were on Ka u think it first row and you were right behind us . I think your Dad was on with you . Keep up the great work. I thought Medusa was running great the other night . Toro 🐂 kills my ribcage at the twisting end .

One train ops on Superman is outrageous. Seems like they never have both trains operating. They ought to have three trains.
Superman cannot run 3 trains
that's when i went! i went on ka and it was so much fun, only coasters i missed was superman and joker!
did you see the big swing ride was stuck? mustve been scary!
Roughly how long did it take them to put your brick in when you bought it?
I bought a brick a few days ago. I'm assuming it takes about a month or so?
I'd say a month or two for the first one, but the second one has been taking much longer
Best year of fright fest yet. All of these good IP mazes, Asylum, and I see more new props this year. However I do not see the awakening which is a shame.
On weekends what the earliest time you can get the maze wristbands. We show up around 4pm on the weekends.
You can usually grab wristbands starting around 5, but you can typically grab them a little earlier than that

Tomorrow I’m releasing my guide to Fright Fest Extreme!
@@ColiwoodStudios thanks! Will be watching
@@ColiwoodStudios Also just one more question do you know if ChopSix is ever going to reopen or is it closed for good
Are reservations required for fright fest extreme? I haven’t gone yet this year and am thinking about going this coming Friday
No reservations
@@ColiwoodStudios thanks!

That’s probably a good guess
This is my first fright fest that I’m going to, is kingda ka usually open at night?
Yes (barring technical or weather delays)
What are the best and most scariest mazes that you would recommend I really want to get scared

What do you mean by Fright Fest being “like this”? The IP maze focus or the “Extreme” name?
Will it stay open? I'm trying to make it on Sunday.
It should!
I did all 9 mazes they were really good my favorites and the scariest were texas chainsaw army of the dead

Are you going to make a video on the kingda ka rumors?
No, I addressed the rumors in my latest live stream:

@@ColiwoodStudios Oh alright
I’m so jealous. My home park has a rodeo but no Ka :’(
Hey I don’t know if you would know this or not but will Great Adventure let you come into the park after 7? Love your videos by the way!:))
They do, you just can’t leave the park and come back in at that time
@@ColiwoodStudios ohhh okay thank you so much! Sorry I know they probably say that on their website lol but….I’m gonna of course ask lol 😂
omg i was there the same time as you :)
Hope you had fun!

So everyone in your party needs an ID?
Not necessarily. As long as there is a chaperone present, taking responsibility for a group of kids, they will be admitted
